Din lyxlägenhet i Venedig 50 bara några steg från San Marco-torget

Casa Valier är en lägenhet på första våningen i en 1500-talsbyggnad. Lägenheten är utspridd på 120 kvadratmeter, den består av en lounge med sittgrupp och ett litet badrum, en du når i foajén får du tillgång till köket, sovrummet, tvåbäddsrummet och det stora badrummet. Lägenheten har varit helt återställd men för att respektera historien och byggnadens arkitektur använder vi två bärbara luftkonditioneringsapparater.

I vår lägenhet kan du hitta smaken av legenden och magin i lyxiga platser du läser i romanser. Tygtappor och forntida forniture, med Murano-lampor, låter dig drömma om levande av venetianska adelsmän i Republiken Venezia.

San Marco-distriktet behöver ingen introduktion: det är världens centrum, där alla kommer, alla vill se det, och du är där!

Huset ligger nära de största shoppinggatorna, restaurangerna och tjänsterna.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Vanessa’s place, which is nestled in a historic building just steps from San Marco Square. The location was incredibly central—perfect for exploring Venice on foot—yet surprisingly quiet and peaceful at night. Her apartment was full of character and charm, with a rich sense of history that added to the overall experience. It truly felt like a unique and authentic Venetian home.

Absolutely magical!

This flat was perfection in every way. The location & decor were excellent and Vanessa and her husband were so helpful. We stayed in 3 locations on this trip and Vanessa's kindness and communication were hands down the best. We will absolutely stay here again when we come back to Venice. We've already recommended to friends!

Historic Home

Most unique place we have ever stayed. Beautiful and clean, and furnishings from 19th century back to 16th century. Like stating in a museum, but with modern comforts and conveniences. Easy communication with host.

All of Venice just a pleasant stroll away.

What a hidden gem! Groceries and the mandatory gondola ride are both within one minute of the apartment door. Rialto Bridge and market a ten minute stroll filled with enchanting sights and sounds. Three minutes from St. Mark's Square but pleasantly removed from the crowds of tourists, Casa Valier is ideally located. Plenty of space, fabulous decor, comfortable beds, a wow bathroom, and a very well equipped kitchen made our stay unforgettable. Isabella met us at San Marco water bus station and gave us a short walking for on the way to the apartment. Cheerful and genuinely friendly, she provided us with indispensable tools for navigating the labyrinthine streets and alleys of Venice. All communications we're fast and friendly. We'd be only too happy to stay at Casa Valier again.

Beautiful Apartment & Great Location

We absolutely LOVED our stay in Vanessa's apartment. The beds were comfie and the apartment was spacious for three friends. Both San Marco Square and the Rialto Bridge were an easy walk. There was also a convenient market close by. We'd definitely stay here again on any return visit to Venice.

Quite the Venitian Experience !

The accommodations were exactly as the pictures show. Very clean, modern amenities but with a rich Venice vibe. Beautiful artwork, Murano chandeliers , everywhere you looked a touch of beauty. Ceilings, windows ....just superb! We took private water taxi from airport to avoid walking with luggage through St Marks square. We showed the boat captain the email for the stop. Due to no fault of Vanessa, he dropped us off at wrong stop which we didn’t realize until he speed away. We called her contact who walked to meet us. We were 4 bridges away! So much for trying to get close by. Lol. We were on first floor. In Venice 1st floor is upper floor. 36 stairs up. Ok to get in and out but tough with luggage. I had three strong guys going up , so ok. Just a FYI. The AC was not on upon arrival so waited about an hour for apartment to cool down. Vanessa left us water, plum bread, coffee and crossaints. So thoughtful! Kitchen is very modern with anything you could possibly need. Plenty of towels, extra sheets, soaps etc. more than most rentals leave. High quality too! One night we decided to wash a load of laundry. With the 2 AC’s running we blew breakers. Tried to figure out ourselves but missed one box of three. We called and Vanessa was very fast in sending someone over to resolve. So a note....if using multiple electrical appliances, be aware to shut some off while using others. This is a hundreds of year old building. Feel bad we had to bother them on a weekend. They were so nice and responsive. Location, just a stroll to St Marks Square . Other direction , shopping and Grand Canel. Loved location! So, book this beautiful place. You won’t be sorry. Big, two bedrooms, family room, dining area, reception hall, two baths, great kitchen. Clean, modern with a touch of elegance. Wish we would ge back soon to enjoy. Hopefully we will!

Beyond our expectations, it was like travelling back in time!

Our stay at Casa Valier was beyond our expectations and it created the most memorable vacation experience for our entire family. We loved that we felt transported back in time and still had all of life's conveniences at our fingertips. The kitchen is to die for and the location is right in the heart of everything. The decor is amazing right down to the throw cushions on the beds that match the fabric covered walls. Thank you so much Vanessa for allowing us to stay in your beautiful apartment. We couldn't have asked for a better place to enjoy our visit to Venice.

Highly Recommended - Heart of Venice

We had an amazing experience staying at this luxury apartment in the Heart if Venice. The place is pure Venetian and luxury is an understatement. We felt like Italian royalty. Vanessa met us at the water taxi station, showed us the way and gave us numerous suggestions to eat and play. Her suggestions and her place made our short family stay one to remember. We would highly recommend it to friends, family and anyone else. In fact, we already have!

Charming apartment in a wonderful location!

The apartment was lovely. We felt like we had stepped back in time but with all of the modern amenities. The pictures portray the apartment perfectly. It is very spacious and well equipped to meet all of your needs. It is located within a two minute walk to St. Mark’s Square and a short walk to the Rialto bridge. You are only seconds away from a gondola stop. Shopping and dining are less than a minute from the front door. Mattia met us at the Rialto bridge, strolled my bags to the apartment, and even helped my husband get the bags upstairs. He was very polite and welcoming. The apartment was very clean and well stocked to include cold water waiting for us. Vanessa was very responsive and always available for questions. We would definitely stay again when in Venice.

Awesome, Awesome, Awesome Place

We stayed at this apartment last week. The apartment could not be better located. It is a VERY short distance from St. Marco square and downstairs are lots of restaurants and places to shop.. The place is in excellent shape and everything works well.We love the way it is decorated in a manner that makes you feel like you are in old Venice but with all the modern conveniences. The bathroom and kitchen are very modern. Our host was very nice and gave us lots of tips and recommendations to make our stay very enjoyable. I highly recommend this apartment and if we go to Venice again will be sure to rent the apartment again. Bill

Beautifully appointed, takes you way back in time.

Vanessa & Fabiano are a wealth of useful information. The art work in the apartment is amazing, and Fabiano knows every piece. Apartment is very quiet, so sleeping in the middle of Venice is very easy if you're a light sleeper. Bathrooms and kitchen are modern and well equipped.

you will fall in love of this fully restored apartment. It is 130 s.m. big, with one matrimonial extra king size bed, one double room, one big bathroom and a small one, plus the kitchen, a foyer and a big and beautiful living room.
We used old forniture from the Hotel Des Bains in Lido island, Murano glass master pieces and Rubelli brocades.
You will be enchanted.
