Ca 'Leonessa är en nyligen renoverad lyxig lägenhet i 2010, beläget i hjärtat av Venedig. Det är en kort promenad från buss- och järnvägsstationerna. På grund av sitt fantastiska läge är alla platser i Venedig antingen inom gångavstånd eller ett par stopp på vaporetto. I inredningen av lägenheten har det övervägande varit att skapa en bekväm och välkomnande oas för dig efter en upptagen dag med sightseeing i magiska Venedig.

Vardagsrummet (med utsikt över kanalen och Campo San Barnaba) har två Natuzzi-soffan (en dubbel bäddsoffa) ett Linn-ljudsystem och HD-TV med DVD / CD-spelare.

Båda sovrummen är ljusa och luftiga med bekväma sängar och har gott om hängande / förvaringsutrymme i de skräddarsydda garderoberna. Sovrum 1 har en lyxig dubbelsäng med fina linne och traditionella venetianska tyger. Sovrum 2 har två enkelsängar. Båda badrummen är helkaklade med kraftduschar.

Location was close to water taxi station and peaceful nights for sleeping. Area for improvement would be cleanliness- shower overflowed x2, contacted maintenance folks and reported they had repaired. Freezer is fullOf snow- not functional as not cleaned in long time. Fridge also dirty when arrived- food bits on fridge shelves. Note there are several stone steps to go up which are challenging if using cane and have heavy bags. Bianca helped us carry them! Washing machine worked but not the dryer. Bianca who checked us in left us with restaurant suggestions that were terrific. Service was excellent! Thank you Bianca!

We absolutely loved this darling place in a fantastic neighborhood. We were close to everything you need, vaporetto stations, restaurants, market, shopping, wine everything! It is right on a canal and it is amazing. Contact with the hosts was amazing too. Nothing bad things to say about this property.

Amazing stay at this VRBO.Jonathan was very responsive and the greeter was as well. Great location and the apartment was as advertised. Only thing to note is the canal was very noisy until late at night. We knew that when we booked as it was in the reviews, but it went later than we thought each night. We were glad we only booked 3 night as we would have been sleep deprived if stayed longer.All in all we enjoyed our first trip too Venice!

This was an excellent apartment for a weekend with our family of 5. Checkin was very straight forward even though we wanted to checkin earlier than usual. The apartment has the charm of a period building but with modern bathroom and kitchen facilities. Everything was clean and well kept. It is situated in a quiet part of venice with views overlooking the canals. There are no shortage of fantastic bars and restaurants within 2 minutes walk. Thumbs up to Jonathan the host for answering all our questions about transfers and restaurant tips. We will be staying here again when we return to venice.

Family vacation

Irene was so helpful from communicating prior to our arrival, check in, questions we had, and helping line up a water taxi for morning of our departure. Property is in quiet area, perfect location, short walk to most attractions. Great view from apt. Will definately stay there if we come back.

Excellent Neighborhood

Walking distance to bars, restaurants, and points of interests.We arrived later than expected and the host did a great job communicating how to proceed with checking in after 6pm. We loved our stay in Venice! Very nice apartment!

Great location

The apartment was nice and in a great location. Many locals lived in this part of town. The bar across the canal was a meeting point for many locals and tourists and always entertaining. Close by are fantastic places for gelato, bread, espresso, and food. The apartment was clean with a great shower. All in all it was a nice experience.

Lovely apartment, just by a canal and the “Fighting Bridge”in a close but quiet neighborhood. Good bars and restaurants are close and the apartment managers were helpful with tips and recommendations. Gondola stop just across the bridge.

We had a wonderful stay at this charming property in Venice. The neighborhood was absolutely beautiful—picturesque streets, a welcoming atmosphere, and easy access to everything we needed. There are restaurants and a grocery store very close by. The host was truly exceptional, offering helpful recommendations and ensuring our stay was as smooth as possible.The home itself was lovely, though we did notice a bit of dust in the corners and around the beds. It was a minor detail that didn’t take away from the overall experience, but a little extra attention to dusting would make it even better. That said, the warmth of the host and the fantastic location made our trip truly memorable. We would certainly consider staying here again!

Loved the Location!!!!

Staying in the Dosoduro area was absolutely amazing! It was quieter, cafés all around, a quaint little bar right across the canal, laundry service down the street, restaurants, Piazza’s everything you could want, but away from the crowds, hustle and bustle. The property was perfect!!!! The host was amazing and so helpful before and during our stay. They met us on site and walked us through everything which was awesome!!!! They also arranged the private taxis to and from the property which was truly so very helpful!!! We will ABSOLUTE stay again at this VRBO and hope you will too. If I had any suggestion it would be to have blow dryers available in both bathrooms since we were lodging with another couple, but sharing was also just fine. You will end up walking everywhere and just getting lost in Venice. It was really nice to return each evening to the quieter area & evenings in Dorsoduro!!!

Venice stay

This property was perfect for us. Easy to get to by water bus, just a short walk from the stop. Away from the crowds but easy to access all the shops. 2 couple staying each with own bathroom perfect. Restaurants just over a bridge and the local supermarket around the corner for breakfast foods, and a little bar a stones throw away. Would highly recommend.

Lovely location and accomodartion

We loved staying at this location. Plenty of nearby restaurants and fun places to visit. The only negative is the noise across the canal from a popular nightspot. We realize it is out of the owners control. Overall, we loved the quaintness of the home with all the modern amenities.

Awesome Stay

Our group of 3 couples visited Venice for 2 nights and this rental was perfect for us. We love the location, which was walkable to everything and right next to the water. Also, it is close to lots of restaurants and shops and is lively at night. We would love to rent this place again next time we’re in Venice.

Lovely property in fantastic location

This property is within meters of bars, bakery, restaurants, a small supermarket, a fruit barge and is within easy walk of both the Academia and Rialto bridges. The property itself is lovely with canal views and some lovely furnishings. Communication with both owner and local agent was always very responsive and accurate. Recommendec!
