Next to it is a pristine kitchen that is fully equipped with appliances to meet your cooking needs. Prepare delicious meals in no time for your loved ones. Serve the wholesome meal at a stylish dining table that can accommodate up to four people, and use the time spent eating together to strengthen your relationships.

The bedroom is meticulously furnished with exquisite interior design that suits your taste. Enjoy a restful night's sleep as the bedroom features its own luxurious king-sized bed with a comfortable mattress adorned with high-quality linens and pillows for complete relaxation during your stay. The room is equipped with a soft rug, bedside table with a lamp, dresser with a mirror, built-in wardrobe, and en suite bathrooms.

White, fluffy towels are provided, as well as shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and body lotion, ensuring a comfortable stay.

Guest Access:
Guests have the full access to the pool and gym and the parking is on request.

The Neighborhood:
Dubai Marina is one of the premium spots in Dubai, known for the JBR Beach, Dubai Marina Mall full of luxury brands, high-end yacht cruises, and amazing nightlife. This man-made waterfront community is packed with restaurants and cafes.

The Walk is a beach-side boulevard that has a line of restaurants, cafes, handicraft shops, boutiques, pop-up markets with food and jewellery stalls. There are street performances and an amazing nightlife as well.

The Beach refers to the beach resort itself complete with activities that are available to anyone from beach-side dining and shopping to wakeboarding, parasailing, banana boat rides, and camel rides. There is also a 600-m running track, an outdoor gym, and a volleyball court for those who enjoy jogging alongside the beach and those who want to keep up with their fitness. An outdoor yoga class is also offered for anyone who wants to keep their health at a great shape.

The Bluewaters Island is where the Dubai Eye is located - the upcoming biggest ferris wheel in the world, expected to be completed in 2019. This island is still in development, but will include entertainment, residential, and many more that will attract visitors.

Getting Around:
The parking is available upon request if you have your own ride. Taxis, on the other hand are parked just downstairs to take you anyawhere in Dubai. Uber and Careem are also options for hailing a taxi.

The Jumeirah Beach Residence 2, meanwhile, is less than 10 minutes away. You can get on one if you want to simply go around JBR, Knowledge Village, Media City, or Marina Mall. This also connects to a metro station if you like to go around Dubai on your own (Dubai Mall or Mall of Emirates). The Marina Promenade Waterbus Station is also a few minutes away. Its routes include Marina Mall, Dubai Marina, and Marina Terrace.

Other Things to Note:
House rules include being respectful of the neighbours, Dubai laws and regulations, and the furniture. Please no parties. Smoking on the balcony only.
