This first floor, updated and well decorated, 3 bedroom, 3 bath, luxury condominium has 1600 square feet of living space with outdoor seating! The Arbor Pool and Linx Tavern Restaurant are just steps away. Updates to this beautiful condo include: new flooring, fresh paint, new furniture, beds and bedding, TVs, and more! The primary bedroom has a queen sized bed, AC, ceiling fan, TV, double closet area, a sliding door that leads outside and its own private bath. The 2nd bedroom has a queen sized bed, as well as a bunk bed with a twin trundle underneath and is also en-suite with AC, ceiling fan, TV, closet space and sliders. The 3rd bedroom/den has a queen bed, AC, ceiling fan, TV, closet space and a little office area. The updated kitchen is fully equipped and features all newer stainless steel appliances, including a dishwasher, microwave, toaster oven and blender. The new dining area is light and bright with comfortable seating for six. You will find a grill and a comfortable outdoor dining set on the deck, perfect for taking advantage of the beautiful views. The air-conditioned living room offers plenty of comfortable seating, fireplace, ceiling fan and a large TV with cable. Other amenities include washer/dryer and WIFI Internet access.

Your stay includes up to $597 per week in complimentary activities (subject to season & offer valid for stays up to 27 nights or less). Just by booking with us, you'll receive free ticketsâevery day of your stayâto top activities like:

*Pool passes are not included and must be purchased separately during your stay. The Ocean Edge Resort Golf Club controls the distribution of passes, collection of fees, use and operations of all amenities. All are subject to change without notice.
