We enjoyed our stay at table rock lake very much! We were 2 families with 7 children. The kids had fun at the pool, playing pickleball, and we all enjoyed kayaking the lake. Comfortable beds and everything we needed in the kitchen! Would love to stay here again!

Annual Family Vacation

Everyone enjoyed their stay and plenty of room for everyone to have their own space. Kids enjoyed the deck area and the backyard space was good. Only down for us was it was an almost an hour to Branson. Other then that loved having all the family around us and able to cook meals to share together. A nice place to stay.

We had a very nice, family trip to the lake. Community amenities were nice as well.The house was good (and clean), but there are a few improvements / upkeep that would make the rating excellent:- grill needs attention.- bed on 1st level needs review of middle supports.- basement bunk beds need repair.- I saw space heaters, but a fan would be nice as well.Thanks for allowing us to use the house!!

Amazing Getaway on the lake!

We came for a mini vacation during spring break and had a blast! The location can’t be beat, the views are amazing, the place was spacious and clean, and the hosts were great! We can’t wait to stay here again!

Overall wonderful stay. Lots of room for 5 adults and 4 kids. We were there for 6/days all sunny and close to 95 every day and brought a boat to Baxter marine. Pool has some chemical issues and was cloudy and stung everyone’s eyes so didn’t use much. Roped in area on lake worked out great for what would be beach. No need to get in touch with anyone for issues. Clear cut directions.

Great Family Place to stay

Fantastic place to stay. We came for spring break and the house was clean and spacious. We went swimming, fishing, kids played on the play ground and we were able to easily get to all the shows and parks in Branson. I highly recommend this place if your looking for a quiet place to relax, but close to all the excitement of Branson!

Perfect for Girls weekend

We booked for a girls weekend and couldn’t have picked a better place! Not only is it decorated incredibly nicely there was also plenty of room for us to spread out, the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to cook and the back deck ended up being our go to spot to hang out, drink coffee and chat! It was a lovely weekend and we’re already talking about when we should come back!

Perfect for the growing extended family. Don in Law, daughter in law, grandchild. Something for everyone and room enough not to feel crowded. Great location for a variety interests.

Lovely area

The house, community pool, and area was just beautiful. House was clean and stocked. Lady was responsive when the door code didn't work. The walk to the lake was easy. It was a great stay!

Perfect retreat

This was a perfec retreat for all of us. The townhouse was super nice, with plenty of room for all of us to have our own space, yet also be together in the house or on the deck. For us, being SO close to Baxter Marina was equally great! It was so convenient for us to leave our boat over there and be able to go fishing each day, and also rented a tritoon one day, and they have an amazing group working there. The overall experience of this location was exellent!

Wonderful stay

We had a wonderful stay with family celebrating the holidays. The place was large enough and had lots of space. The only issue was the dishwasher leaked so we had to do all dishes by hand which wasn't the worse issue in the world. One recommendation I would also make is to invest in a larger kitchen trash can. We took the trash out constantly because it was way to small.

Sister trip

We had a great time. Lots of laughs. It was great for all of us to stay together in one place. 4 bedrooms and 3 baths worked well for a group of 9 women. It had all necessities we needed. Would definitely recommend this place!

Lampe Stay

The location was great from Branson…not too far, but remote enough to relax. Plenty of room to spread out between 2 families. Property manager was quickly responsive to minor questions.

Great Family Vacation

I think I can speak for our whole family group, this was the perfect spot to stay in the Table Rock Lake and Branson area. Everything was close by and the lake was right outside our door. Plenty of room for all ten of us, including kids. It was stocked pretty well, only thing missing were kitchen towels. Also our contact was very responsive. Great week!

Family Catch Up

The house is nice. Love the location. Had fun playing basketball and pickleball. Close to lake; wonderful walk area at marina. Enjoyed sitting out on the decks and visiting. The swing on the lower level was enjoyed by all ages!Only real complaint was carpeted areas needed vacuumed and the basement is quite damp. Probably needs a dehumidifier. We had cold weather as well as warm weather while there. It didn't make a difference if the furnace was on or the AC. It was just cold and damp in the basement rooms.

Amazing experience during the Artic Blast!

We had a wonderful escape during the holiday even with the colder than normal temperatures. The house was amazing, decorated for the holidays, and had almost everything you could need! I would highly recommend!

Great Stay!

Our party consisted of 6 adults and 5 children (ages 7, 5,4,3, and1). The home had two baby gates and a pack n play. The baby gates worked but the baseboards caused the gates to be unstable. They worked well enough to keep my mobile 1 yr old off the stairs. We stayed in November so it was too cold to enjoy the two porches, but both had plenty of seating and the view of the lake was beautiful. The home was very clean! The beds and all furniture were comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with cookware. There were only three big trash bags and three pods for the dishwasher, so if you’ll use much of either you may want to bring your own. There are two coffee pots- one for pods and one normal pot. There were some coffee grounds and pods left for coffee as well. The laundry rm had a big jug of detergent. There was no drawer storage in the bedrooms, but each bedroom had a good sized closet. Each floor had one full bathroom. The king bedroom is upstairs. The kitchen, dining, living rm, and a queen bedroom/ bathroom are on the mail level. Then in the basement level there is a second small living area, laundry room, full bathroom, queen bedroom, and a bedroom with bunk beds and a full bed. The house is about 10 minutes from the nearest grocery store and Dollar General. There are no fast food restaurants within 20-30 minutes. Branson is about a 30 minute drive away. The only recommendations that I can think of for the home owners are new, fuller pillows for the beds. The current pillows are pretty flat. Then add some blankets! The home had no extra blankets or extra bedding.

Overall good stay

Great location and very spacious. The only negative thing was cleanliness. Floors, refrigerator, outdoor furniture all very dirty. Quality of kitchen & bathroom towels poor.
