Where Balinese gardens meet the sounds of the sea at Pearl Beach - this beautiful home with expansive living areas is a delight to calm the senses. This spacious home is an ideal get away for two families with plenty of room to move and only 500 metres to the beautiful sand and sea.
Pearl Beach is one of the Central Coasts most beautiful coastal suburbs. Set amongst the lush bushlands of Bouddi and Brisbane Water National Parks. Located only 90 minutes from Sydney. Enjoy the beach, ocean baths, tennis courts or one of the many surrounding bushwalks.
Upstairs you will find the Master bedroom with a queen bed. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed with balcony access and Bedroom 3 has 2 single beds.
Downstairs you will find Bedroom 4 with a queen bed and lounge area.
There is also a bunk room available with 2 tri-bunks.
