Fantastic Beach house

Four couples stayed here for my daughters wedding and the house was fully equipped- amazing kitchen - and the space was very open. Close beach access and things you need in the garage. Would come back and recommend to others.

Blue Knight Motorcycle Club Conference

There was 8 adults and there was plenty of room for all of us. Victoria was accessible and checked on us to ensure everything was going well. The house had everything you needed from beach towels, laundry soap, and plenty of coffee (k cups) for all of us. Even some toiletries if we needed. It was a nice 4 days. Definitely would rent again if I come back to Venice.

Good VRBO

Very nice house. We traveled as 2 families and the way the house is laid out is nice for 2 families with small children because we each had our own “side”. Master bed was nice, good kitchen selection, pretty bathrooms, loved that they had beach toys, wagon, umbrella. Had anything really needed like laundry detergent, trash bags, etc. had little toiletries. Prefer just starting dishwasher.

Superb

We stayed for a month finding the house and surrounding area perfect. Everything was as represented & pictured, even better. The house is completely outfitted and the kitchen lacks nothing. It is in a quiet neighborhood (this is not a party house) and a 1/4 mile from a very nice park. If you are a cyclist, the Venetian Waterway trail begins at the park and turns into the Legacy trail, going all the way to Sarasota. Venice and other popular beaches are all a short drive away. Communication with host was exceptional. We have rented houses across the US and in foreign countries. This is by far the very best .

Wonder house and great location!

Communication was exceptional! Victoria was great keeping us informed and up to date! We did have a problem with the water throughout the house smelling funny and she kept us informed and tried to rectify it! Would definitely stay here again!

We have stayed at this home before. It is such a wonderful property. The rooms are very spacious, everything is really clean, and it’s a perfect place for family getaways.

Beautiful house!!

We are pleased and thankful. New house, the beds and bedding were very comfortable and cozy. Kitchen full of handy and good quality kitchenware. Owners nice and very quick to respond to any question that we had. Definitely recommend.

This house is amazing!

This house was more than I expected. We were able to rent this house at the last minute and everything about this house was exactly as described. It is located perfectly to be able to drive around to other locations, such as Clearwater, Tampa, Fort Meyers and so on. By far, the beaches that are close by were our favorite. Shell hunting was so much fun as well as snorkeling close to shore for sand dollars. Venice Beaches starting by the Venice fishing pier is a hot spot to find fossilized shark teeth which we were successful with doing. The house came with so many beach items including wagons, chairs, boogey boards, coolers, sand toys and shell hunting gear. I will definitely be renting this house again. So clean, beautiful and well maintained.

Delightful getaway to small town beach paradise

The property is a short 15 min ride to two beautiful beaches. The neighborhood is quiet and serene. Only a block from the park with trails, basketball and tennis courts. The house came with everything you need for the beach. It was clean, updated, and adorable. I would definitely come stay again. We had a wonderful getaway for my son’s spring break. Perfect getaway!

Beautiful house!

The house is very nice and open with everything you could need for your stay. It is a short drive to restaurants, beaches, parks and shopping. It is in a quiet neighborhood. It was a perfect place for our family to stay while visiting family for spring break. The owners are very nice and easy to communicate with.

Very clean, fresh and luxury. 4 bedrooms with plenty of space. We spend in this house almost a week. House does everything you need. Close to play ground and beach. Very nice neighborhood. RECOMENDED - A+++
