Nestled among the trees steps away from Midtown`s most happening area (Overton Square) awaits your charming fresh historic craftsman home from the 1920s. You have your own entry, parking, laundry, dedicated office space, and all the essentials you`ll need to explore the best of Memphis. We`ll send you a digital guidebook with our favorite recommendations :)



Walk out the front door and 100 yards down the street brings you to a bustling corner with several great restaurant and bar options. Keep walking a few more minutes and you will stumble upon `Overton square,` one of Memphis` most happening areas with a host of other restaurants and bars and `Lafayette`s` which has some of the best live music almost every night of the week!



Head downtown the other direction in a short uber ($9) and you`ll find yourself engulfed in Memphis` blues scene on the famous Beale street.



In addition to the many great eateries (which you`ll find in the guidebook I`ll send you) there are several parks nearby and places to relax.



Uber or Lyft is readily available and by far the easiest option. Although you are so close to so many entertainment and restaurant options that the many bikes and scooters scattered around town for rent can be a great, fun option as well.

There were 3 mature women staying at this home. It was very conveniently located to restaurants and most places we visited. The beds were very nice. We all felt safe in a neighborhood that was unfamiliar. Tim, the host, was/is wonderful in his communication. This is an older home full of character. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend this.

Tremendous Hospitality

The stay at the Tucker house in Midtown, Memphis, TN, provides a wonderful location and a refurbished historical home. It is centrally located to the best restaurants and bars in town. The host is transparent, honest, and available! The Tucker home is a must-stay for large families and/or multiple-party guests seeking a tranquil place with a smooth balance of Southern comfort! I highly recommend staying at the Tucker place!

Great Spot near Overton Square

Ideal location, walkable to Overton Square and centrally located to all things Memphis. Property setup is great whether you just want to sleep there or spend your entire weekend at the house.

Stayed for Rhodes College grauation

We stayed at this property for Rhodes College graduation. Tim was super responsive throughtout the entire process, and we had no issues at all during our stay. The location was so close to Rhodes College and Overton Square which was a huge reason why we chose this property. It was little loud at night but certainly did not interrrupt our sleep or impact our stay. The house was very clean and well equipped with all supplies in the kitchen and bathrooms that we needed. It was comfortable and so much more fun to all be together than to be in separate hotel rooms. It was an excellent choice for us and I woud suggest this property to other famlies if they are attending any events at Rhodes College.

Terrible Parking - Dangerous Area

Our car was broken into due to no parking at the house. We have major damage to our car. We heard automatic gun shots a street over with a lot of drugs being sold, police and fire trucks racing up and down the road the house is on all day and night.. We felt very unsafe. The house is nice but would not recommend this area to anyone.

Location! Location! Location!!

This house is located in midtown Memphis and is a short walk to lots of restaurants and bars. It is literally in the center of town and made getting everywhere very easy. The beds are super comfy. It was a great home for my family to stay in together. Definitely recommend this home!
