This brand new luxury 3 BEDROOM/2 BATHROOM condo SLEEPS UP TO 10 PEOPLE with enough room to spread out comfortably in this impressive 1600 square feet of luxuriously appointed living space, Which includes 1 KING BED, 1 QUEEN BED, 6 TWIN BEDS (TRIPLE BUNK & BUNK WITH TRUNDLE BED), 1 FULL SLEEPER SOFA, AND A PACK AND PLAY PORTABLE CRIB.

Hideaway Station is one of the newest communities in Winter Park and is also one of the most desired, featuring a prime location in the center of town. Located just 5 minutes away from Winter Park Resort, on the free shuttle route, it is also close to the shops and restaurants of Winter Park and the Grand Park Rec Center where swimming pools, waterslides, a fitness center, rock climbing wall, and playground will keep visitors entertained. Fireside Market is just steps away from your front door, making it easy to stock up the fully equipped kitchen with all the food items you and your family will need. But when you walk inside #206 for the first time, thinking of doing anything that requires leaving this sweet condo will be the last thing on your mind. Follow the path of hardwood floors to the open concept great room where the best memories will be made.

The kitchen is just off the living room and dining room space and features custom cabinets with light stone countertops, updated fixtures, and high end state of the art stainless steel appliances that help bring the joy back to cooking. Four guests can sit at the barstools parked in front of the expansive breakfast bar.

The dining area, located just steps away from the kitchen for conveniences sake, has a modern yet mountain rustic design in spite of the natural elements used to create it. The custom oversized dining table offers room for 10 guests to play games, surf the internet, or dine, this room is known to be the noisiest space in the condo as guests laugh and chat and play.

Sleep is as important to the vacation experience as the activities you participate in during your visit, and all three bedrooms are designed to create the ultimate in sleeping experiences. The master bedroom provides a king bed topped with high thread count linens on its premium mattress. An en suite bath offers privacy and a walk-in shower, Winter Park Escapes provided toiletries, and towels that are soft and fluffy.

A queen bed in the second guest room provides a mountain chalet decorator's touch in a room that is light and bright. This bedroom shares bathroom access with the public spaces and the third bedroom of the condo, and offers a walk-in shower, single vanity, and a sleek design décor that will be appreciated by all that utilize the space.

The third and final bedroom of #206 features is a bunkroom that can sleep up to 6 guests. It includes a custom triple stack bunk bed, and a standard bunk bed with a trundle bed underneath.

A stackable washer and dryer takes up residence behind what appears to be an ordinary closet door, so pack light and do not fear accidental mishaps knowing you can just throw your clothes in the wash and all will be as good as new!

The balcony mentioned earlier offers a 4 person dining table to sit, sip, and savor the idyllic mountain views visible from this spot. The gas grill will be much used during summer visits and although it may be too cold to sit out here for long in the winter, if you bundle up it is the perfect place to watch the sun set each evening.

The condo is also very family friendly with many additional features that neighboring properties do not offer, including a full sleeper sofa, 55" HD smart TV with sound bar and subwoofer to stream Netflix, Hulu, or you preferred streaming service, and also HD Smart TV's in every bedroom. The kids will love playing the nostalgic Super Nintendo in the bunk room that is loaded with 20 classic games you'll remember from your childhood (Mario, Mario Cart, & Zelda to name a few). There are above and beyond kitchen amenities in the well stocked chef's kitchen like a crock pot, blender, gourmet coffee from the Perk, and much more to make your cooking experience perfect. The property also features organic 5-star hotel caliber toiletries for a spa like experience. There is a pack n play sleeper sofa and booster chair with tray for the young members of your party.

Community amenities are plentiful with Hideaway Station and include Community parking in adjacent covered garage (no garage space), a community seating area, and a 20-person hot tub that will soon become the highlight of your Winter Park getaway! Sit and soak and meet your new neighbors as the steam disappears into the cold blue sky and feel the aches and pains of travel and all the adventures that accompany your mountain trip melt away. You will find a public E-Charger in the covered garage next door, adjacent to the Fireside Market.

Great Location, Great place!

The apartment is not only well equipped and nicely decorated, but it is also very well located. A short drive from the slopes, just across the street from The Perk coffee shop for a quick coffee, across the street from the Fireside Market which can save you if you forgot anything, and walking distance from ski rental shops such as Epic Mountain Sports. Other places we walked to were the bowling alley, Hernando's for pizza (really good!) and the Hideaway park for the kids to use the sledges. The apartment itself has everything you might need as well. We just missed using the pool! Would get back!

Great place

Brought the family out for some wonderful skiing. Our place is straight well equipped and plenty of room for our families would highly recommend staying here. It's a great location and only five minutes from Winter Park grocery store right across the parking lot and everything else within watching distance. Highly recommended.

The rental fulfilled our needs perfectly, boasting cleanliness, excellent organization, and a cozy atmosphere. However, we must give a 4 out of 5 star review due to the primary reason for booking—the hot tub—falling short of expectations. Despite our anticipation for an evening soak, we were disappointed to find the water only lukewarm, far from the desired temperature for enjoyment, especially in freezing nighttime conditions. Regrettably, there were no temperature controls or staff assistance available to address this issue. Aside from this setback with the hot tub, everything else about the rental was excellent.

The place was really nice. It was big enough for all 8 of to move around and be comfortable. The view is amazing and we would definitely come back. I love the fact that parking is free and so are all the shuttles to get you anywhere

Winter Getaway

Hideaway Station is just that, a place to getaway and enjoy the snow. Great location as it is near the necessities as well as walking distance to bars and restaurant's. Once your ready to relax after skiing/snowboarding, the hot tub is just perfect. And I have yet to tall about the amenities they offer with each stay.....

Parking issue

We stayed 6 nights. Each townhome at Hideaway has an assigned parking spot in the underground, heated, secured, parking garage. However, the parking spot for unit #206 was occupied during our entire stay. There was a brand new white Kia SUV with new vehicle tag parked there the whole time. Notified the management company the first day. Was told to park anywhere there is an open space in the garage. Obviously, that angered some "owner" residence since we "took" their spots. Was told by management later to park across the street where the market is located. Very bad experience with the parking situation. Otherwise, the space is as described. Well equipped and stocked kitchen. Community hot tub is a big plus. Bunk room sleeps 6. Both the bunk room and the master suite need dressers drawers.
