Enjoy a stylish getaway in this modern waterfront holiday home featuring three well-appointed bedrooms. The main bedroom offers a queen size bed, private ensuite and walk-in robe. The second bedroom also has a queen size bed, while the third bedroom includes two king single bedsâideal for families or groups. There is a main bathroom, plus an additional guest toilet for convenience.
The sleek contemporary kitchen comes equipped with quality appliances, including a dishwasher and microwave, flowing into a spacious dining area and a beautiful sunken lounge. Take in stunning canal views from both the main bedroom and the living area.
Step outside to a large entertaining deck with an outdoor settingâperfect for morning coffee or a relaxed afternoon BBQ. Additional features include a laundry with a washing machine and dryer, a Chest freezer, a double lock-up garage with internal access and FREE WiFi throughout the home.
Great way to spend a relaxing holiday, fish from your own front door, launch your boat near-by at the machinery boat ramp or bring your kayak or stand up paddle board as the property has a shared jetty.
Please note - There is an internal staircase consisting of Approximately 15 Stairs, Pedestal fans only in each of the Bedrooms and guests boats are not be moored across the front of the jetty as neighbours need access for swimming.
This beautiful holiday house is just a short walk to Settlement City shopping centre, Panthers RSL club, cafes, restaurants, entertainment facilities and is close by to Port Macquarie's beautiful beaches.
