Huge fenced in yard for our pup! Quiet, beautiful deck patio with table and chairs for coffee, happy hour, and dinner. Amazing hot shower upstairs! Beds super comfy. Everything very clean and feels new. Upstairs bedrooms get a little warm but plenty of fans provided. One of the best well-stocked places from soaps, shampoo/cond, disposable toothbrush in bathroom to everything we needed to cook- spices, some fridge condiments, utensils, plastic wrap, storage. Only a 5 minute walk to old town restaurants yet very quiet street. Truly a 5-star

This house fit our needs perfectly for our month-long stay while visiting family and friends. There was ample space with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, and we loved the beautiful yard and outdoor decks, front porch, and patio seating. Cassandra was a very responsive host and even provided a lot of staples in the pantry and condiments in the fridge that we didn’t have to buy. You can’t beat the location, just a block or so from all the Olde Town Arvada restaurants and bars, and the light rail to take downtown Union Station. We even enjoyed the visiting squirrels, a very friendly neighbor cat, and the many dog walkers going by.

Cassandra was a fantastic host! The house was perfect and accommodated our needs! Kitchen had all we needed. The stairs, however, could be a little difficult for someone with mobility issues. Other than that, fabulous!

We stayed for a month and enjoyed the house inside and out! Also, being close to Olde Town Arvada was a plus for eating and shopping. The place was very clean and they had many amenities. I would recommend this home!

Sweet little home in a great location in old town Arvada. Clean with simple and tasteful decor, well appointed kitchen, comfy beds, shaded backyard, plenty of parking. One bedroom and full bathroom downstairs, two bedrooms and full bathroom upstairs.

We enjoyed our stay in Olde Town Arvada very much. It was especially interesting to see the old water tower lit up around dawn on the morning it snowed. The location is excellent for walking to restaurants, shops and train station.

Property is comfortable, clean, and cozy, and very conveniently located within easy walking distance of several good restaurants and shops. Will definitely stay here again next time we are in the area!

Perfect house for family vacation

Great central location for a Labor Day Weekend trip. Perfect for day trips to Boulder, Breckenridge, Denver, Colorado Springs and Red Rocks. Also close ot the old town Arvada neoghborhood (walking distance) with plenty of cool restaurants, bars and shops. Great stay and highly recommended.

This was one of the best VRBO’s we have ever stayed at. The home has a special personality and character all its own. The kitchen is well stocked. The king sized bed is very comfortable (that’s the only one we used) The owner is very responsive to all our questions. It is a great location, close to Denver attractions. Old Town Arvada is a close walk with shops and restaurants. We would definitely go back again.

Loved this place! Walking distance to Olde Town Arvada and the train, plenty of space beds/bath. Very workable kitchen and we all LOVED the fenced yard!

Great location with proximity to downtown Denver and Red Rocks. The accommodations were perfect! I would highly recommend for anyone visiting the Denver area. We’ll definitely stay again if we’re back in Denver.
