An easy ride to both downtown Bradenton and I-75 off of Highway 64, this spacious family home offers great amenities combined with a fantastic location, putting the area's many attractions at your fingertips.

This terrific ground-level Florida home is filled with features sure to please your family, like volume ceilings, plenty of light, an open floor plan, and living areas that flow naturally onto the screened patio and pool area. The well-equipped kitchen makes meal prep a cinch, with plenty of counter space, a pantry, and a breakfast bar.

Family meals can be enjoyed around the dining table, or you may decide to take advantage of the option to dine al fresco! The screened patio and pool area feature comfortable seating for both dining and relaxing. It's bordered by lush, tropical landscaping and a conservation area that will give you the feeling of being in your own private paradise! With the sound of the water from the spa cascading into the heated pool, you'll spend your days sunning and swimming, and your evenings sipping cocktails while your dinner is cooking on the grill. The grand finale? A soak in the heated spa as the sun sets or under a full moon and canopy of stars.

At bedtime, you'll be able to sleep up to six guests with ease. A split floor plan places the primary bedroom and en suite bath on one side of the house, with the second and third bedrooms on the other. The spacious primary suite features a king-size bed, along with dual vanities, a walk-in shower, and a soaking tub in the bathroom. Across the house, you'll find the second and third bedrooms, each with a queen bed. The second bathroom with a combination tub and shower is located between the two.

We recommend pool heat at this property, regardless of the time of year, as pools near shady trees stay cooler, even in the summer.
