Welcome to Nashville Modern Gem, a 3-bedroom luxury townhome. This centrally located vacation home has a private rooftop patio and is the perfect getaway no matter the occasion.

This contemporary townhouse pulls you in with its calming decor and clean lines. Upon entering the main level, you are greeted with a luxury living room and open concept kitchen and dining space, along with a half-bathroom for convenience. The newly remodeled kitchen is fully equipped. You can make some coffee in the Keurig and enjoy it outside on the patio! To complete the kitchen there is a propane grill outside. Off of the living space you will find a queen master suite before heading upstairs where you have a half bath and 2 more bedrooms with their own bathrooms. The real star of the show is the private rooftop patio, where cozy furnishings sit under the clouds!

Birthday party weekend

My daughter and her college friends stayed here for the weekend. This location is perfect for all things and places Nashville! We live here but all of her friends are from out of town. It was a little tricky for her friends to come around back to park as Waze finds the location from Wedgewood where there is no place to turn into the unit. However, they took an Uber for most of the weekend and it was just fine. It's close to Downtown, The Gulch,12th South, Hillsboro Village, Green Hills, etc. They had a great time shopping, going to dinner and going out downtown. Seven girls stayed in this unit and there was plenty of space for everyone. It was a great space and we would definitely book this again for friends or family that come to Nashville.

Gillade: Bekvämligheter och kommunikation

The Ok ratings: 1. Needs pest control. When we got back one night there was a huge roach on the 2nd level steps. We also saw a couple medium sized roaches and a few beetles too. 2. Needs a good dusting by the cleaning crew. The bedside lamps were dusty & the wall corners had cobwebs. Other notes: 1. The bedroom doors are extremely squeaky. So much so we all woke up when someone opened/closed a bathroom door. 2. The place could REALLY use a long mirror. There's nowhere to check your outfit! 3. Nothing states which trash cans to use, or if it was the dumpster. A whole collection of cans were across the alley. And we couldn't tell if the dumpster went to that building or not. 4. The 10am checkout time is way too early. I've never had one so early. Yes we could've paid more to stay till 1pm, but we really would've just preferred another hour. 11am is pretty standard and much easier to handle when you've had a late Sat night! We loved the location, easy to get to so many things! There's no front street parking so Ubers have to come down the alley to the back garage door. Having 3 bedrooms & 3 full baths was perfect for a group of ladies! Beds were comfortable & shower pressure good. They didn't bother us, but be prepared for lots of stairs! There's no shade to enjoy the rooftop patio & it was hot!! Good for early morning or night use. Overall the place worked well for us & we enjoyed our time here.

Quick Uber to downtown

Property was generally what it looks like in the photos but was a little dirtier than expected. The floors were dirty and a lot of marks and scuffs on walls. The air was not working on the bedroom floor but the landlord was quick to get someone out to fix it. Did what we needed it do and would stay again.
