Perfect Family Get Away - Gorgeous Remodeled Snowmass 2BR / 2BA + Loft w/Full Of
- Perfect family getaway, 2br/3ba + Loft sleeps 6 (2 children).

While we travel Europe with our family, please enjoy our custom build 2br/3ba + loft, a work-from-home family enclave in Snowmass!
We have lived in Aspen/Snowmass for approaching 20 years, with three-generation of second home ownership. We just had a baby, our oldest is off to college, and we are loading up with our two dogs to travel around Europe for part of the next five years via camper-van. It is our honor and pleasure to welcome you to our beautiful two-bedroom, two-bathroom + loft condominium and workspace while we are gone.
MAX occupancy is 6 humans including children, and you will be well cared for in our custom-built home and office. We are located five minutes from "Snowmass Mall", the historic downtown of Snowmass village, and "Base Village", a new center of community and commerce, with a private pedestrian bridge to the mountains.
A few years back, we did a to-the-studs remodel, moving the master suite upstairs, with a large open-format bathroom, in mirror TV for movies in the bath and shower, and a private sun deck with views of Snowmass Ski Area! We converted our third bedroom to a full-size office, and built a loft with a king bed (low ceiling heights) complete with a movie projector! The second bedroom is downstairs with a connected en-suite full bathroom with a shower. There is a third bathroom downstairs available for use of all. We also have a deck with a grill overlooking the entire mountain valley and a full-entertainment set up with massive curve TV, and a full movie and cable package. Our kitchen is fully set up for you cooks out there. You will love it!
Our unit is directly on free public transit, taking you anywhere you want to go in Snowmass Village - the mountain, Base Village, the Mall, the Center, the grocery store, the golf course, our hiking and biking trail system, restaurants, bars and more, - all within a 5-minute ride free of charge!
A free bus ride to Aspen is a two-block walk and 25 minutes ride away, 6 am - 2 am. For self-styled adventures, we have two deeded, covered (though not closed), parking spaces for your convenience.
The common space has a year-round heater pool, outdoor covered hot tub/spa, indoor steam room, and basic gym/workout room.
Our lovely condo has gorgeous sweeping views of the entire valley. We are on the third floor and there are stairs (only!) to enter. Our deck has a sitting area for two and a grill for family gatherings.
Our living area is generous in size and connected to the kitchen, and designed with clever touches like a chess nook, foot rests, and swivel chairs. For a movie night, you can use our Smart TV to access your streaming accounts and sit back on our comfy couch and love seat by the wood-burning fireplace. If you seek a human-to-human connection we have a few board games handy and a nice dining room table suitable for eight players or diners.
Our kitchen is an open format, with everything you need. We have a coffee and tea maker and stock the basics for you to fuel up for the first chair, a warm summer hike. The kitchen has everything you need to make a gourmet meal. Don't forget the grill outside!
The master bedroom comes with a comfy king, our second bedroom with a queen, and the loft has a king for the kiddos, complete with a projector for movies. The master has an attached bathroom with dual-sink vanities, and the second bedroom is a detached full bathroom with a shower and single sink.
We have a washer/drying in the unit for mid-stay cleans and have thought of the little things like shampoo and conditioner and blow driers in case you want to leave yours at home.
We love our home. With think, it is about perfect. When we are not using it, someone should, and we hope, that someone, is you!!
