Great location with great views from the balcony. 2 minute drive to Middleton Beach. Unit was clean, modern and well-appointed.

Perfect Holiday Accommodation

Everything about this villa was fantastic! Amazing view, clean and cosy accommodation that had absolutely everything we needed. Modern appliances, comfortable living areas (inside and outside) and beautiful bathroom. We will definitely be recommending to others and will stay here again in the future.

Beautiful views and lovely accommodation

The property is lovely and new and immaculately clean. Comfy beds and sofas and beautiful light pouring in from the windows overlooking Middleton Beach with fabulous views. The host thoughtfully supplied everything needed for a comfortable stay.

Peace

We arrived to an amazing view, clean premises, and all items required were available. The peace and quiet was perfect. A short drive to shops, beach, and restaurants. There is a fantastic bush walk close by.

Immaculate property, stunning views

Immaculate presentation and design, brand spanking new. Beautiful linen and rugs, comfortable beds. Designer kitchen and bathroom to die for. Fabulous deck, set high with stunning views of Middleton Beach.

Middleton Views exceeded our expectations. Sitting above Middleton beach with views extending to the coast beyond. The villa is clean, stylish, well appointed and very comfortable. Highly recommended

Perfect apartment, Perfect location

What a beautiful apartment in which to spend five days to explore the Albany area. Everything was of high quality - towels, bed linen, kitchen utensils... the list could go on and on.... Equally, it was wonderfully clean and tastefully decorated in shades of grey and white. At the end of a long hike, it was a very real pleasure to return 'home' and sit on the deck with a glass of wine overlooking the bay. We thought the whole experience at Middleton View Villa was absolutely 5* and recommend unreservedly. The quality, views and location made it excellent value. Thank you Tim.

Stunning views in a quiet beautiful town

We had every comfort in this gorgeous apartment overlooking Middleton Beach. Quiet and private yet close to all lovely eateries and nearby activities. We were in awe of the scenery in Albany and also the friendliness of the locals. Would highly recommend and would rate higher if I could

Amazing Property & Location

If you’re coming to Albany this must be a first stop. The location is breathtakingly beautiful and the home is fresh, clean, brand new and gorgeous. We were very sad to leave.
