Family Holiday House offering Rustic Charm and Resort Style living.
You won’t want to leave poolside but if you do, it’s just a 5-minute walk to the closest
beach ‘Hawker Beach’ and a 5-minute drive to the popular Mount Martha South
Beach, cafés, restaurants, IGA, and much more.
Featuring a beautiful tiled Pool (solar heated) surrounded by luscious greenery,
enjoy your sunbathing with the comforts of pool lounges, chairs, large outdoor
umbrella and a sun shelter with bench seating.
Enjoy overlooking the pool from the Alfresco area with relaxed lounge seating and
table, undercover with an inbuilt 4 burner BBQ and separate Wok burner.
Bring the outdoors in! The Alfresco Bi-folds expand 5 meters wide, connecting the
dining room where you can enjoy your BBQ feast at the family dining table, seating
10 guests.
Open Plan living with large Kitchen and Island Bench, walk-in pantry, all modern
appliances including microwave, and a "Rocket" Coffee Machine… enjoy your
coffee or reading a book just beyond the kitchen in the comfort of a club lounge
chair.
Separating the Dining area from the Living room is a double-sided Fire Place for you
to enjoy, surrounded by stunning Dromana Quarry Stone work.
The Living room offers ample seating in a comfortable L-shaped leather couch where
you can watch a movie on the brand new 84" Smart Tv.
A second living space, offering a work desk and Tv room with couches, perfect for the
kids to enjoy, can be closed off with 2 sliding glass doors – offering some peace and
quiet.
From this room you have access to the outdoor garden with Children’s Playground
(including slide, monkey bars and sand pit) and lawn with seating. Whilst at the front of
the house, in the driveway there is a Basketball ring and Netball ring.

The house is on one level and includes zoned ducted heating and evaporative cooling,
