Fabulous property close to Margaritaville amenities. Very clean and well-organized. The owner is very thoughtful to have all sorts of things that you’d typically have to bring yourself. Perfect property for a family or group looking for a nice relaxing time!

Very nice Lake if the Ozarks stay.

Our family really enjoyed our stay here. It was comfy, in a good location, and in a quiet neighborhood. Each of the 3 bedrooms has its own bathroom, wich is really nice. Also very pet friendly with a reasonable fee. We would definitely stay here again.

Place was great - disappointed with Margaritaville resort

The condo was tremendous! Very comfortable and spacious for our family of five. There was a lot of confusion about which amenities as guest of Tan-Tar-A we were allowed to use. There was a shuttle that brought people to and from the resort. There is a shuttle stop right outside the door. We had no problems using the shuttle Sat or Sunday. However on Monday the staff at the hotel yelled and told my kids they were not allowed to take the shuttle since we booked through VRBO and not the resort. Of course my kids had no idea and were confused since they had taken it earlier. We did use the pool and spent lots of money there and at their restaurants which seemed fine, but try to use the shuttle and it was like we were stealing from them or something. Very disappointed in the resort and their staff.

Concert at the Camdenton Amphitheater

Great stay during a hot period. It was a good stay with friends. Great accommodations. A day or two before the Shoot Out on LOTO; saw some really nice boats too.

Family vacay

Beautiful home with plenty of room to hang out and eat together as well as several deck areas. Multiple pools to choose from and fun things to do in the area. Host made check in and check out fast and easy- hope to be back again by next summer!

Well laid out floor plan located in a good proximity to all activities and services. We felt safe and secure in the neighborhood but the Cleaning service needs help.

Fun weekend with family

My extended family of 10 traveled from St. Louis to Osage Beach to celebrate my aunt’s 100th birthday. The property was perfect for our stay. We especially enjoyed sitting on the deck and watching all the wildlife, including a pair of red headed woodpeckers who were tending their nest of babies located in a hollow tree.

Great Stay in Margaritaville!

My family and I enjoyed the amenities of this home. It’s very well stocked and we didn’t have to look far for anything we needed. The location was great, the Margaritaville Resort and its many bars, restaurants, and activities was within walking distance. Communication with the host was easy. We would visit again!

Amazing Stay! Over and Beyond Expectations!

This property is simply amazing. The home is fully stocked and equipped for your entire stay - all you need to do is bring the clothes you need. Amazed at the roominess, cleanliness and communication with the property manager. This is by far the nicest VRBO we have stayed in. The beds are extremely comfortable, bathrooms equipped with everything you need, the kitchen FAR exceeded our expectations as it was like you were at home. Highly recommend this property, we will certainly be back.

The house has tons of room!

All spices are there along with everything you need to cook. 3 decks, plenty of space! Laundry Room. Ice maker makes tons of ice, but the bar won't stay up to stop.

Spring break

We thoroughly enjoyed the stay at this clean and cozy place. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils and silverware. Best part was the great do documentation of the drawers. We had a great time with our friends. Thanks for allowing us to check out a little later in the morning. Did not have push the kids to wake up early during their holidays.

First Time at Margaritaville

The owners of this property thoughtfully provided needs for all ages. Fully stocked kitchen, a help book for food, entertainment and necessities, conveniently furnished, and lovely decor. Three bedroom suites were comfortable and perfect for our family. Even batteries for the remotes were provided. Thanks for all the labels, very helpful. You didn’t miss a thing!

Awesome place with awesome host.

We had a perfect weekend and totally fell in love with the house we lived in. House had everything a family and friends needs to sit and chill. I would like to specially tell about the grill and patio, we had all the evenings outside by the grill. Awesome place surrounded by the woods. We had a lot of things to do around the house like golf, horseback riding and small trails. Over all I would like to say in lake of the Ozarks this is the awesome place with an awesome host.

Needs updating

The house needs updating. The disposal did not work, the oven door kept falling off and the heating units in the bedrooms didn’t have a temperature control so the rooms got too hot. We didn’t enjoy having a fireplace.

Our Tan Tara Estates vacation home

Our family of 6 adults and a 6 month old leased this home several days in August 2022. The Property Manager was very easy to work with and was always easy to contact and very personable!! The home was simply wonderful!! Main level open floor plan was great for hanging out together. Spacious rooms. For our family the individual temperature controls in each room worked out great! The home was decorated very nice and I was impressed with the organization in the kitchen; things were marked as to what was in each cabinet! ( I need to get that organized at home!). Beds and linens were very comfortable. Each bath had sufficient bath towels! The location of the home was very good. Not far from main highway KK and close to Margaritaville ! Many great memories made !

Second time staying

This was our second stay at this property. It is very spacious and the images and description accurately portray the property. The kitchen is incredibly well stocked with everything you need, the beds are very comfortable and the living room is cozy especially with the fireplace. The neighborhood is quiet, well maintained and serene. We ran into the following issues during our stay: Could not gain entry immediately as there was an issue with the alignment of the door which was fixed the same day. The oven had not been cleaned. We realized this when attempting to use it immediately upon arrival and the front glass of the oven landed directly on a foot. Staying in the area for the purpose of hiking and running, this accident ruined the ability to enjoy those activities during the stay. This was resolved the same day. There was a miniscule amount of laundry soap which was resolved the same day.
