Windy Hill Dunes 1106 provides for a luxurious vacation beach getaway. Located in a high rise condominium, it comes with a number of resort like amenities including a pool area with a kiddie pool, lazy river and hot tubs. Other benefits of vacationing at this unit include a beach shower, fitness center, elevators and parking garage with a skywalk to the beach.
Able to sleep up to 12, it has 4 bedrooms and 3 baths which includes a master suite with a king bed and garden tub. From the master bedroom as well as the living room, you can access the balcony with its panoramic views that will make great photos for your Facebook or Instagram account.
Providing all of the comforts of home, you can dine out or cook at home in its spacious kitchen. Equipped with a full-size stove, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, you'll be able to prepare all of your favorite dishes for the family to enjoy. Other conveniences of this unit include a washer/dryer, flat screen television, cable tv, DVD players for watching movies and complimentary internet access.

Smoking is prohibited in any of the public areas of our Building. This includes all Ocean Front Balconies, Street Side Walkways, Fire Escape Stairwells, plus the Green Egg areas and inside the Pool areas. There is a a $300 Fine by the HOA

Ok place

Primary bedroom door knob broke. Balcony door wouldn’t lock. No trash bags. No sheets. Just seemed poorly kept.

A bit shabby

Location was great. Condo needs some updating. Carpet is gross. Just a bit shabby. But if for sales I’d buy if price was right. Loved the amenities. The pool. The views. Was heavenly!!

Unacceptable

Beds broken, tv broken, dirty windows, sliding door sticks, couches ripped and dirty looking, carpet pulled up in places and dirty looking. Grimy. Showers looked grimy, dishes in kitchen were not clean, had to wash them before we could even use them. Was afraid to walk on carpet with no shoes. Vacuum cleaner did not work, so was unable to clean before we left. Overall unacceptable and did not get what we paid for. Website pics looked good and was deceiving. Door did not lock other than using key from outside.
