Additionally, the brick house features an interior split system for heating and cooling throughout that ensures ambient temperatures remain cool in summer and warm in winter.

A stunning eat-in chef’s kitchen with oversized island and bar seating is an entertainer’s dream, and the adjacent large dining table easily allows for everyone in the group to enjoy time together over delicious meals. Dining alfresco is also an option in the private, fully fenced backyard that features a BBQ and seating for 8 people.

There are two separate living and social areas ideal for guests to spread out for different entertainment options as desired. The living room features a large screen Apple TV and the lounge area has a second large TV with soundbar. Each of the 4 private bedrooms is styled with soothing tones, optimal for refreshing after a day of travel. The master king bedroom has a TV and shares a full en-suite bath with queen bedroom #2.

In addition to the home’s wonderful features, the property is a short drive from all the renowned parks, beaches, family-friendly experiences, and penguin parades Phillip Island is known for. Must see highlights include Phillip Island Nature Parks, Antarctic Journey, Rhyll’s boardwalks, and historic Churchill Island.

A maximum of two guest vehicles may park in the driveway. Additional vehicles may park on the street, however, please do not block other driveways. Garage access for vehicle parking is not available.
This property does not support any Free to air channels on the TV's but we there is a full streaming service available
