It was such a nice place with all of the nicest amenities. The condo was so well stocked with everything you could ever want or need & it felt like home.

A Fun Stay in Fraser

This condo is in a perfect location. A grocery store and restaurants are very near. We loved the scenery, and for us the best bonus is that it is on the first level!

Very nice condo!

Very nice condo with plenty of hooks for things (this is something so many condos lack). Appeared recently remodeled and very nicely laid out.

Location is great

Nice condo over all. Location is ideal, plenty of room to sleep. Good option for a multi person ski trip where you spend all day on the mountain. We were very upset to find out the fireplace was essentially a space heater with a fake flame. I booked this condo specifically for the beautiful fireplace and it was a huge disappointment. Other than that we were pleased with our stay.

Well-appointed and roomy home with hot tub/pool access

This was a great place to stay for a ski trip to Winter Park. The bedrooms were spacious and well appointed and the kitchen had everything we needed. Bonus points for access to the community's recreation center, which includes a workout facility, two hot tubs, pool, and steam room. The fireplace did not work, which was a bummer :( Also, I needed to access a separate non-VRBO app to obtain the check-in instructions. This was tedious, as it required setting up another userID and password rather than everything being shown in the VRBO app.

The property was decent but had no air conditioning which isn’t ideal in the summer, especially when others around are loud but you have to sleep with the windows open. The pool and hot tub were very inconvenient also - no where close to the condo - we didn’t use it once and used the pool and hot tub daily at the condo we stayed at for the first half of our trip.

Convenient and Comfortable

We came to show our two youngest adult kids “big snow”. If you ski, there could not be a better location. The lift bus picks up directly in front of the unit. No trouble walking in ski boots 100’ to the pickup then my wife and daughter could keep the car to shop. We cooked three times and had ample cookware for grilling, oven, etc. We enjoyed the hub tub and the rec center is nice. We were also able to get a late checkout. Made a big difference since our flight was at 1am the next morning. Thanks for accommodating us - we’re were able to take them tubing to try out both locations. Fraser Tubing Hill is the best of the two.

Good Place, but was not professionally cleaned.

Great little condo. However, when we arrived the comforter was dirty, floors had crumbs, countertops and stove weren’t wiped fully and the coffee maker had coffee grounds all over it. The bathroom wasn’t fully cleaned as well. They sent cleaners the second day and it was clean after that. Not sure what happened, but it seemed maybe someone wanted to avoid a cleaning fee and just cleaned up quickly themselves. Otherwise it was the perfect place for the trip. I would recommend it as long as it was professionally cleaned beforehand.

Everything We Needed, Great Location

Exactly as pictured and a great central location for all the activities in the area. We skied at Granby and did the Fraser Tubing Hill. The communication was outstanding. Keypad entry worked out great. The condo is clean and equipped with everything you need. The kitchen is well stocked with all utensils, pots, pans, and bakeware. Basics like salt, pepper, coffee filters were also available. Furniture and beds were comfortable and we had plenty of blankets, pillows, etc. Having an in-unit washer and dryer was a big benefit. We took advantage of the neighborhood rec center most days. The heated pool and 2 large hot-tubs were very nice and an easy walk from the condo. Plus, you will enjoy a beautiful mountain view while soaking in the hot tubs. Highly recommend Elevation Pizza, Rocky Mountain Roastery and Sharky's Eatery in Fraser. Safeway is only a mile away and the Lift Public Bus System stops on site. Would definitely book again.
