This is a family rental property that is located in a quiet, residential community. No groups or house parties are allowed.Adherence to maximum occupancy, parking, trash, and noise ordinances is required and strictly enforced - any violation will result in eviction.Ocean Pearl has an ample amount of entertainment. There are flat screen TVs, so there is one in the living room and each bedroom. You will also have complimentary WIFI, which is helpful for making dinner reservations and tee times. One unique feature of this home is the grilling area with a picnic table. One of the best parts is being steps away from the beach. Spend hours laying out on the warm sand, reading, and listening to music as the waves crash upon the shore. Every day is made better when spent at the beach. Fly kites, search for seashells, and boogie board with your kids. You can also go parasailing, kayaking, and jet-skiing.Ocean Pearl has three bedrooms two full baths, stainless steel appliances and a washer and dryer for your use. Plenty of outdoor space to enjoy the evening nights with grilling out or just having a great conversation with family or friends.Please Note: We rent to families only.House parties, loud noises, and extra vehicles are prohibited violation of this will result in eviction.

No linens are furnished... Please arrange for linens in advance. Linens are $35.00 per bed which includes 1 fitted and 1 flat sheet, 2 bath towels, 2 washcloths and 2 pillowcases. Linens will NOT be available upon your arrival if not ordered in advance. If ordered, the linens will be delivered to your rental unit.

CHECK IN DATE Units rent from SATURDAY to SATURDAY and others from SUNDAY to SUNDAY, June-August. Please note in the unit description the days each unit is rented. For reservations less than a week during June - August, please call 5 days prior to the arrival date. September to May there is a minimum number of nights stay and arrival/departure days may vary for this period depending upon company policy and individual property restrictions.
