This modern designed 3 bed, 2 bath apartment has been recently renovated and furnished for superb beach side living.
With secure undercover parking and direct access onto Lawson Street, this townhouse is a just a few minutes stroll to shops, bars, restaurants and Byron Bayâs world-renowned beaches.
Making it an ideal space for day trips, exploring the town center and beach bound adventures, the entire family will be sure to love this location.
The Space:
On the top floor of this 3-level apartment is an air-conditioned master bedroom, containing a king size bed, locally-acquired accent comfort chairs for quiet reading and relaxing along with a private balcony looking out to tropical palms. This floor also contains a full-sized family bathroom and a patio retreat.
The mid-level contains the relaxed and newly furnished open plan living and dining area, with fully renovated kitchen and new appliances, an outdoor balcony for afternoon drinks and evening dinners. This level also contains the second bedroom with 2 king single beds and access to the first-floor courtyard.
The ground floor contains an air-conditioned double bedroom with a queen bed and built-in robes, a second bathroom with laundry facilities and direct access to the secure undercover car park.
Please note, we are family and couples friendly, we do not accept bookings for parties, including hens or bucks nights. If you have booked for this reason you will be refused entry /or evicted during your stay with no refund.
