Located in East Boothbay on breathtaking Ocean Point sits this traditional cottage with three porches. Enjoy the view from the screened porch off the kitchen, the covered porch at the front of the house, or on cool days enjoy the view from inside the cozy windowed porch. Inside you'll find 5 bedrooms, 2 bath and stainless appliances. â
Built in the 1880s, Three Porches was at one time a lodging for summer visitors called "Millinocket Lodge". It became our owner's family summer home in the early 1950s.
It's a 15 minute walk to Grimes Cove where you can swim and walk along the rocks. When you are ready to leave the Point, it's a 7-mile drive to downtown Boothbay Harbor.
We are available 24/7 during your stay.
IMPORTANT:
To ensure peace of mind during your stay, we offer two options for damage protection: a small, one-time non-refundable Accidental Damage Waiver (our most convenient and guest-preferred option) or a fully refundable Security Deposit, returned after your stay if no damage is reported. Once your booking is confirmed, youâll be prompted to complete this step.
Courtesy quiet hours start at 10 p.m. per local ordinance.
Smoking is NOT permitted anywhere on the property.
