The outdoor area is the perfect spot to live out those classic Kiwi summer days and relax after a day basking in the sun, sand and sea. Providing the perfect space for relaxed summer living, complete with a large outdoor table - you'll love relaxing here with an ice cold beverage while the sun sets.

The kids will absolutely love the flat, lush lawn here too, which is perfect for a game of backyard cricket or rugby. Now you’re on holiday!

Inside, the entertainment continues easily into the evening, with a TV with Freeview positioned in the spacious living area, there’s plenty of room for the whole crew to park up on the couches for a movie night with the DVD player. You can even challenge your group to one of the provided board games, or tuck into one of the books on offer here.

Five bedrooms, plus a sofa bed, comfortably sleeps up to 15 guests at this One Tree Point accommodation, there are also two generous bathrooms and full laundry facilities ensuring you have a hassle-free stay.
