The point has a unique position on the coast where upon you can be 15 minutes from the best beaches in the country.

The lake system is perfect for getting about on either fishing or sail craft. It has great fishing and crustaceous delights for the eager fisherman.

The location is as well a must for nature and bike lovers!

Getting Around:
For an easy and enjoyable stay you need a car. While there are some local buses to fully explore the area a car is necessary.

Kayaks & Stand up Paddle Board: The use of the kayaks & stand up paddle board is on your own risk. No liability will be taken if they are used.

Smoking: Smoking is only allowed on the terrace and not inside the home. If you smoke, we kindly ask you to dispose of cigarettes appropriately.

Pets: While pets are welcome, we ask you not to let them on furniture and to pick up all waste.

Noise Policy: We always follow strict noise regulations and ask you to be respectful and considerate. Strictly no parties or gatherings are to be held in this property. Any breach of these regulations may result in eviction without a refund of the remaining funds or deposit.

Age Limit: We do not accept reservations for groups with travelers under the age of 23 years unless a specific exception has been approved. Travelers under the age of 23 that are traveling with a family group with a parent are more then welcome to stay with us.

Supplies: A complimentary welcome pack will be provided that includes several single-use items to get you started including tea, coffee, sugar, creamer, soap, laundry, and dishwashing supplies. For extended stays, please bring extra provisions.
