Villa SeaDuction
This brand new, southwest Cape home, located on intersecting canals, will "wow" you before you even step foot in the property. The home features 3 bedrooms and a den, as well as 3 bathrooms and sleeps up to 8 people. With over 2,100 square feet, each room is spacious and light and is beautifully furnished.
Upon your first step into the home you will notice the beautiful light piece hanging in the entryway. You and your family and friends will love hanging out in the living room, this large space with sectional couch has a large mounted TV also has a beautiful glass built in fireplace. You will enjoy this newly built home that also has all new furniture with a light and airy décor feel. The open floor plan of the kitchen makes this the perfect place to cook a meal and the kitchen also houses a separate wine fridge. There is a dedicated separate dining area to seat 8 people.
All 3 bedrooms have king beds. The den off of the living room has a queen sleeper sofa - giving everyone plenty of room! The ensuite master bathroom has a beautiful stand alone bathtub!
The outdoor lanai area is just as beautiful as in the inside of the home and has a dining area to enjoy meals outside. You and your guests will love the outside greenery and "away from it all" feeling around the property. Take a splash in the sparkling pool and soak up some of that southwest Florida sunshine.
