Great home to rent

Great place to stay! It was convenient to stay here cause I have family nearby, the house was very CLEAN and set up nicely to fit my family of 6 adults and 1 baby . Nice quiet neighborhood, close to everything. I definitely recommend this house . It was very easy to book my stay, easy to do payment, communication through email very efficient. Easy access to home at check. In. I hope to book again on my next visit to Murrells inlet.

Family time

The property was a perfect location for our stay and tastefully decorated. Lamps in bedrooms are needed. Trash in master bathroom was not emptied from prior guest, dishwasher not emptied and the grill was dirty. Other than those minor items we took care of ourselves, we had a great time.

AMAZING!

The property is just amazing in person as it is in photos. We greatly enjoyed our stay at this clean, fresh, and brand new feeling property. Nick was amazing with communication when we needed him. We have family that live in the area and they were impressed by the value of the property for the deal we received. Not many properties include a golf-cart in their rental, but Nick knocked it out of the park with this one! We loved the convenience of taking the cart down to the beach, across to the grocery store, and everywhere in-between. This house is at the top of our list when we return to the area, so we HIGHLY recommend this property and owner.

Wonderful home!

We absolutely loved staying at this house! Perfect size for our family. Being so close to the beach, shopping but oh so quiet. I loved sitting out on the back patio at night. And having a golf cart made going to the beach so easy! Would definitely recommend this property to anyone wanting a quiet and fun getaway.

Amazing place!

My wife and 2 children stayed here the week of Father's Day and the whole house was incredible! Everything single thing in the home was brand new and clean. The golf cart came in very handy- just a short ride to the beach where there was plenty of parking at multiple beach access points. There was a playground right down the block where we took the kids daily. The house was very spacious. The master bathroom was top notch- huge double head shower. Great kitchen with plenty of storage and brand new equipment- including a nice Keurig. Washer and dryer were a lifesaver. Huge paved and enclosed backyard patio with grill, fire pit, and multiple seating areas. The neighborhood was quiet, but close to everything. The owner Nick was friendly, and promptly answered my texts anytime we had questions. We had a relaxing week and can’t wait to come back!

Nice property

Loved the house except the beds for the adults were terrible. Had plastic mattress pads (VERY hot and noisy every time you turn over). Also would have liked enough seating in living room to accommodate 6 people! Really liked use of golf cart and closeness to beach!!

SC Trip

The property is very accommodating and was very well stocked with most everything we needed. We enjoyed the convenience of the golf cart for running to the store and the beach. The neighborhood was peaceful, and the owner was very responsive.

New and nice

The property was very new and nice, and was priced well below what I’d normally expect to pay for a place like this. We rented the place for MB Bike Week, so being beach front wasn’t a necessity. Even though this is a few blocks away, the owner provides access to a golf cart to make the quick commute to the beach, and the community has several public beach access spots with golf cart specific parking. Would highly recommend this place!

Our Stay Was Phenomenal

Our stay was phenomenal. The house was spotless. The house was very spacious. The house was just beautiful inside and out. If I come back to Myrtle Beach, I will definitely look into staying here again. Not a single conplaint. Any questions, comments or concerns, the owner replied back right away. The golf cart was very convenient to get to and from the beach. The house is in a perfect location. The neighborhood was very peaceful and quiet. We were even welcomed by a couple neighbors. All in all, our stay was quite amazing. Thank you for the opportunity!

Top notch property

The entire property was immaculate, inside and out. The interior layout was open and spacious, furnished nicely with quality, modern furniture, beds, and appliances. The location was great, close to the beach. Nice and quiet neighborhood. The owner Nick always answered and questions immediately. Checking in and out was very efficient. This is the type of property that I would love to return to next spring or summer.
