This charming 1 bedroom suite is situated in Old Town Victoria, in a micro-brewery district, and is within walking distance of many of Victoria's most famous attractions like the Legislature Buildings, The Empress Hotel, Historic China Town with Fan Tan Alley just to name a few. Simply watching the activity in the Inner Harbor with all the boats, float planes, adventure seekers and wildlife is entertaining.

If you walk a few feet to the dock you can catch a water taxi to almost anywhere in the Inner and Upper Harbor or explore the Gorge Waterway in a rented kayak, paddle board or even a floating hot tub. There are world class restaurants, pubs, whale watching adventures, and endless history and scenery at your fingertips.

We are waterside in the 'Mermaid Wharf' on an elevated main floor with a large patio where you can sit and enjoy your coffee or wine and enjoy a partial view of the water and the patio can act as a private entrance.

If the weather allows then you can spent time relaxing on the shared rooftop deck with it's lovely view of the harbor. Its a wonderful opportunity to spend the evening with your picnic basket and watch the sunset.
