NJUT av den kustnära eleganta inredningen på denna lägenhet på stranden med 2 sovrum och 2 fulla bad. Ett uppgraderat kök med bänkskivor i granit är fullt utrustat med massor av köksredskap och serveringsutrustning. Master-sviten vetter mot den största balkongen på stranden. Vakna varje morgon till denna fantastiska utsikt. Gäst sovrummet har både en dubbelsäng, en dubbelsäng och ett eget stort badrum. Den STORA 286 kvadratmeter balkongen har lyxiga uteplatser och ett separat barhögt matbord. Tilldelad parkering i byggnaden undviker trafik och hindrar från att behöva korsa gatan. En nyckellös post ger snabb och enkel åtkomst. Strandstolar ingår i din vistelse !!
Enheten ligger på 11: e våningen (Heaven on Eleven!) av Tropic Winds Tower. Vår lägenhet är i det mest eftertraktade landskapet på Panama City Beach. Den lugna och fridfulla västsidan. Även om vi bara är två mil från Pier Park är vi mil från folkmassorna och buller. Tropic Winds har en stor inomhus- och utomhuspool, en bubbelpool, bäckrum, bastu och träningsrum med havsutsikt. Direkt tillgång till stranden med 330 fot oroliga vita sandstränder ligger bara några steg bort. Stranduthyrningsbås finns på plats.
Tropic Winds ligger 2 miles väster om Pier Park, det senaste shopping-, restauranger- och nöjescentret på stranden. Par-segling, kajakpaddling, snorkling, bananbåtturer och naturligtvis fiske i närheten. Nya attraktioner i området inkluderar Ripley's Believe it or Not och Gulf World. Frank Brown Park erbjuder 200 tunnland fritidsaktiviteter, inklusive picknickområden, bollplaner och lekplatser. Den nya internationella flygplatsen ligger också bara några minuter bort.

Spring break get away

We had a great time staying at this location! It was beautiful and so peaceful! It was away from the busy crowds of spring break but still close enough to enjoy the area. The view was amazing!

Great spot. The balcony was nice to use in the mornings. Convenient to the spots we like (Dusty’s) and low traffic. Owner was great to communicate even when the power went out early one morning due to a storm. Sent us an update of the outage. The garage is interesting, use the mirrors situated on the walls before going up to each level. Chairs are plus if common sense prevailed in some peoples personnel setup. We were fortunate on the weather and utilized the beach every day.

Absolutely loved this unit!

The description was exactly as we found the unit! Time has been taken into decorating to make you feel as close to home as possible. Very clean and probably our favorite condo to date! And oh the balcony! It is HUGE and we loved the comfy furniture and decor! Scott was amazing and answered all of my questions promptly and professionally. We will absolutely be back!

Location Location Location!

Ive stayed in alot of VRBO's, but by far this is my favorite. The beds and furniture were comfortable, the kitchen is well stocked and the view... is amazing from the large balcony. We will definitely stay again.

Perfect!

The super large balcony was perfect with all the cozy furniture, the beds are so comfy, kitchen was well stocked with any dish you can think of, beach toys for the kids to take out & even had beach towels! Will definitely be back next year! It was perfect for our little family!

Perfect place to stay

Check in was easy, parking is a bit tricky in a big vehicle but it’s reserved so never looking for a place to park, elevators were quick, the balcony is huge, the beds were super comfy, air worked fantastic, kitchen had everything, washer and dryer were great, communication was great with owner. We would definitely stay here again!

Spring Break!

Great location for PCB, away from the large crowds. The condo itself was perfect. It was well equiped, had comfortable bed and a spacious patio for coffee in the morning and beautiful sunsets!

Perfect retreat

Back in the south visiting family, we were able to escape to the Gulf coast for 4 days & this place was absolutely perfect! Way bigger than we needed, but it was everything advertised & a super simple process. Rooms & bathrooms were large, and the kitchen stocked with essentials!!! Great communication by the host!!

Fantastic home and location

We had a great stay. The home was beautiful and the location was great without a big crowd. Access to the beach was the best we’ve ever had and we visit PCB often. You won’t be sorry I f you’re thinking about booking. The patio alone is worth the rental. It was large enough for us to spend mist of our time there.

Relaxing Vacation

enjoy our condo and stay. The only compliant I have was that we got a one of those orange parking violation because we forgot to put our parking tag on our dash.When I tried to call the guest number after 3pm it was not a working number and when When I called the management number between 9-5 no one answered and their mailbox was full so I could not leave a message. If this condo is going to issue this parking violation to the quest they need to have someone that is available to talk with on it. Other than that everything was good with our stay.

Excellent Property

Excellent property. I especially enjoyed the well furnished large balcony. This is the first condo I’ve stayed in with screens available on the patio doors which is a nice touch. Everything was as described.
