Good location, loved Pickleball, best for two adult couples

We were really excited about the pickleball court & amenities to accommodate 10 (3 families). Opened the door to a XL table for group meals, nice spaces, decor & comfortable kitchen space. Communication was seamless prior to arrival & easy. Pool wasn't heated, I should have checked on that for this time of year, the kids were really disappointed. Loved the master space despite AC being quite cool.We knew one of the couples was going to get stuck with a bunk bed for a week, but had an open mind. Unfortunately, both bottom bunk bed frames were broken (kids jumping on them?) and held up by a cinder block. We reached out right away and received a small credit which was nice, but I wouldn't recommend this rental for a third adult couple until they get at least one new bed frame.We were disappointed by how run down the couch was making it an uncomfortable space to hang out, & the carpets felt pretty dirty. There were no k-cups & we ended up purchasing a coffee pot. We had difficulty with the assortment of remotes, especially in getting the movie theatre projector up and running (my husband moonlights in A/V & couldn't figure out how to get the surround sound to work). Couldn't figure out how to use the freestanding tub for the kids. Hot tub had lots of sand in it upon arrival.I've rented over two dozen homes over the years; this was the first without a 3-ring binder with details like local recs/how to/departure details. Just some points to consider to prepare for your visit.

Another Springbreak Down

We love this home and have stayed here multiple times. Great location, close enough to Saguaro, room for the boat, and the yard is awesome!Will be back again!

Pickleball court was great!

The pb court was great. The location was good. BUT, the house needs a deep cleaning and minor repairs to the property, both exterior and interior. Those repairs are outlet covers missing, patched holes need painting, those types of issues. Not deal breakers, but we expect better from VRBO. We have always experienced clean properties, so this was a bit of a surprise to us.

Large and spacious

Perfect accomodations. We enjoyed the pickleball, having a comfortable gathering place. The kitchen did lack cleaning supplies and the cookware is getting old, but overall a great place to stay. The communication was quick response.

It was a nice place but needs to be updated

We stayed here for a sisters trip. We enjoyed our time here. There were a few things that need updated but overall it's a nice place. The pickleball court and fitness room are a nice bonus. We didn't use the pool because it was too cold. It was in a good location. We had a good time and enjoyed our stay.

Christmas Vacation

Love this place, we’ve stayed here multiple times. Great location and amenities. The pickleball court is a hit every time. Enough parking for the boat, which is nice as well. Will be back for spring break!

A very nice property, just short of being fantastic, its in need of some small repairs and upgrades, we had a great time with the pickleball court and friends but not sure if I would book there again.

The house was nice and the neighbor was good. The pool was not heated - annoying because I asked twiice. The first time the property manager at Evolve referred me to the local prop manager- I cc her the message with no response.

Great family stay

The property had nice space for a family meet up for a wedding in the area. The bunk beds accommodated our adult/teen kids ok but are designed for younger folks. The pool with basketball hoop was a welcome amenity in the June heat. Pickleball court has lighting so we were able to use in the evening outside the sun. Gym was nice. Property is in good shape with several upgrades in common areas. We couldn’t figure out how to use many of the TVs including in media room, many remotes were with wrong TVs so labeling them would be helpful. Couldn’t find a master welcome book for the house which would have been helpful for orienting us and figuring some things out. We followed posted signs for things like putting garbage out. Good location, near big grocery store.

Girls graduation boating trip

This was our 2nd time staying in this home, we also stayed over last Christmas. Location is perfect and so is the house/backyard. Plenty of fun to be had here.

Enjoyed it!

Enjoyed the stay. The kids loved the pickle ball court and basketball court. Didn't realize the pool wouldn't be heated, but that's on my end and unfortunately, it was a bit too cold for a swim. Overall the place was pretty clean!

Christmas Boating and Pickleball

Had a wonderful vacation for Christmas. The house was awesome and in a great location. The pickleball court was a hit also. Great communication with the owner, we would definitely book this home again in the future.

Great home for large groups

The home is well-kept and very clean. We loved the outside amenities including the pool, hot tub and pickleball court. The kitchen is large and easily accommodated our large group but it was not very well-organized which made it hard to find things. The bunk beds are not very comfortable but the other beds were comfortable.

EXCELLENT!! WILL GO BACK!!

Do not hesitant for one second and BOOK THIS NOW!! What a beautiful home, incredible property and an overall AMAZING stay! Honestly, the property was absolutely perfect, clean, kitchen fully supplied with everything you could possibly need. Also had plenty of paper towels and also tp which most places only supply a days worth of paper products but this one had plenty. The basketball/ pickle ball court was very well used and LOVED! They have all the balls, paddles, and all the extras in the backyard, including a grill, couch, table to relax and enjoy the backyard to its fullest! We didn’t use the pool because it was a bit chilly when we were there so can’t speak on that but it’s there! We went for the Cubs spring training and Sloan Park was only 6 miles away and easy to get to. There’s a grocery store literally a few blocks away and we got everything we needed for our stay. Also, we needed to extend our stay an extra night and they were so accommodating and gave us a great price. Seriously, if you’re contemplating staying here, DO IT!! You won’t regret it! We plan to go back every year and we will DEFINITELY stay here over and over as long as it’s still available!! THANK YOU FOR A GREAT STAY!!!
