Our lavish primary bedroom offers a resplendent king-sized bed, Smart TV for your entertainment, a soothing ceiling fan, and direct access to a private patio. The attached en-suite bathroom adds an extra touch of luxury to your stay. Meanwhile, three additional guest rooms provide a variety of cozy sleeping options, including a king, queen, and dual twin XL beds. An adjacent full guest bathroom and a versatile flex space await, featuring a NordicTrack treadmill, a TV, and a well-appointed desk/workspace complete with printers for those who mix business with leisure.

Located in the highly coveted Scottsdale Vista neighborhood. A quiet residential community JUST north of E Thunderbird Rd at N. 90th st. Just minutes from the 101 Loop N.
Other Things to Note:
NOTE: Pool Heat is optional and requires a $100/night ($500/week) Pool Heat Fee. Payment & request must be made at least 72 hours prior to arrival to ensure the pool will be heated at arrival.
Guests will be required to sign a pool use and safety waiver prior to check-in.
Please note that the garage is not available for guest use.
We have a ZERO TOLERANCE Party & Event Policy. The City of Scottsdale takes noise disturbances very seriously and can result in fines & the removal of this listing from the various platforms.
Cameras are installed at the front door to monitor REAL occupancy and for emergency purposes only. No other security cameras or recording devices are present on the property.
Properties may include a Minut noise alert monitoring system in order to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected. It does NOT record actual sounds or conversations, it simply monitors the noise level (measured in decibels).
Pet Policy: We welcome dogs with a non-refundable pet fee of $175, but they must be approved.
Unauthorized late check-outs will result in a $75 rescheduling fee charged by our housekeeping company. Please coordinate any changes with us in advance to avoid this fee.
