Located a 20 min walk to town and to the lake, or a 5 minute drive. Base yourself in our beautiful mountain town while you explore Invermere, Radium and the Columbia Valley.
The townhome is located within Westside Park community near schools, among family homes, and only a few minutes from downtown and beaches.
The popular Kinsmen Beach is a short 5 minute drive away where you can find lots of summer fun. In winter, the lake becomes the worlds longest natural ice rink; The Whiteway and allows fat biking, skating, cross country skiing and ice fishing.
Downtown Invermere is a 20 minute walk where you will find bars, restaurants, an excellent bakery, fitness centre and grocery stores. Panorama Mountain Resort is 18 kms away – a beautiful drive up a winding mountain road. The famous hot springs at Radium and Fairmont are around a 20 minute drive north or south respectively.

I enjoy the great outdoors and small mountain town living. Hiking and camping in the summer, or skiing and hockey in the winter. I also love to travel and enjoy getting out to explore different parts of the world whenever I can. I split my time between the Kootenays in BC and the Rocky Mountains of Alberta.
