The Space:
Bedrooms
The three bedrooms are designed for a good night's sleep and feature split systems for your comfort. The master bedroom features a plush king bed, ensuring a restful and rejuvenating experience, while the second bedroom boasts a comfortable queen bed. The third bedroom is perfect for kids, with a single bed that can be made into two single beds as well as a desk.

Kitchen & Living
As soon as you step inside, you'll be greeted by a warm and inviting atmosphere that is both functional and aesthetically pleasing. The spacious living areas are perfect for entertaining, with board games and books, while the well-appointed kitchen offers everything you need to prepare a delicious meal.

Outdoor Entertainment
One of the highlights of this property is its large outdoor area, complete with a strip heater, two couches, board games, a BBQ, and dining table. It's the perfect place to relax and unwind after a long day of exploring. There is also a second courtyard for soaking up the sun!

1. We do not accept any parties, schoolies or events due to strict council regulations at any of our properties.
2. There are minimum age requirements for this property.
3. A $500 bond will be taken after booking
4. All bookings will be confirmed once our vetting process has been completed

Kindly be aware that for stays exceeding three weeks, an additional cleaning fee will apply. Guests have the option to schedule this extra cleaning midway through their stay, or if preferred this can be deep cleaned at the end of the extended stay.
