Helt renoverade vackra bergsresan. Golv till tak sten spis, 3 stora platt-TV, granit, rostfritt stål. Fantastisk utsikt över bergen från alla 4 däck på fastigheten. Helt ny badtunna. Nytt 2016 har vi lagt till AC !!! Lyxig enhet belägen några sekunder från Cranmore Mountain och några minuter från Downtown North Conway, butikerna, Jackson, Storyland, Nestlenook, Attitash, Wildcat, Echo Lake och Diana's Falls. Fantastiskt läge året runt för skidåkning, vandring, nära flera floder i området och vandringsleder. Mindre än 5 minuter från Echo Lake och cirka 10 minuter till Story Land.

Allt i detta hus är helt nytt. Fullt utrustade kök och bad. Helt ny luftkonditioneringsenhet. Fullt utrustat för småbarnsfamiljer, med två av allt, grindar, paketställningar, barnstolar, säkerhetsspärrar för barn, etc. 4 helt nya TV-apparater, stereoljud med stereoljud med iPOD-docka, trådlöst internet gratis, kabel inklusive HBO och Showtime. Detta hus är en dröm för familjer som semester med barn, vi har två hela familjerum - ett som är perfekt för dina barn att leka! Great home and location

This place was perfect for a weekend away with family. The house was very nice with good amenities and the location was perfect - very quiet area and a short drive to the center of town.

Fall getaway

Stayed a month here and enjoyed it very much. Great location just up the hill from the center of town. Very responsive and accommodating hostess. The home is very comfortable in the main living areas. Bedrooms could use some updating in mattresses and bedding.

Perfect weekend getaway!

So much room in this condo for 3 families to fit comfortably and each have their own space. We enjoyed the hot tub as the nights are getting colder and the large dining table to all gather at. Great location to our activities and beautifully set in the trees. Especially appreciated the host letting us check in a little earlier. Would definitely stay again!

Fun time

We loved our stay at Colleen’s place. 6teens and 2 adults. The teens loved all the privacy and the adults loved it too. Central location to all things North Conway. The hot tub was a hit! Only small negative was the broken slider to the lower level where the hot tub was located. We would stay again!

River floating

We gave started a new family tradition of river floats! This was our first stay out of our home state and it was amazing! The house was exactly as stated plenty of room for everyone. The only two negatives were in the summer the loft with three beds was to hot to stay in but there was so much space we just shifted. The other negative is we didn’t stay another night!!!

Lovely home! Very clean and excellent communication ;)

We absolutely adored every aspect of our stay! From the fantastic communication to the stellar recommendations, everything was top-notch. The home exuded warmth, was incredibly family-friendly, and provided the perfect setting for the tubing experience we were seeking. Our little ones and furry friends couldn't get enough of it! The space was just right for family games, unwinding in the hot tub, and offering a variety of sleeping arrangements. Without a doubt, we would highly recommend this gem of a place!

Family stay

Host was very responsive and house was clean! I would suggest better lighting throughout the space. Lots of space and sleeping areas is a plus. Being able to use the bottom slider would be a plus with the hot tub right there even though we didn’t use it. Great location!

Great House & Location

House has everything you could possibly think of including well stocked kitchen, linens, towels, toiletries and even toys and gaming equipment for the kids. Plenty of room and bedrooms for large group and the check in process was very easy. Very close to North Conway’s Downtown area with plenty of shopping, skiing and dining. We very much enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this location.

Great home base in a central location

Great Place to stay

This rental was beautiful and Colleen answered any question we had very fast. Lots of room for everyone. Kiddo love all the space to play down stairs. Only one drawback. The door out to the Hot Tub could not be used because it was broken. Made it a little hard for my Husband who had his foot amputated last year to go around the side of the building to use the Hot Tub. Over all it was a great place and we had a great stay. :)

Very Comfortable

We were visiting the area for a camp reunion. We had 5 adults and 1, 1 year old. It was very comfortable for all of us. We did not use the hot tub, or any of the outdoor amenities, just not enough time. The house is very close to town and the mountains to hike. We did have breakfast at the unit every morning and it was completely stocked with any equipment you might need. This is our second time renting this unit and we would do it again. Thank you for sharing your place with us.

Excellent

We had the best time at Colleen's place. She was so accommodating and quick to respond to any questions I had. The place fit us perfectly and was spacious enough to have separation from our teenagers... lol. The location was central to everything and so easy to get wherever you wanted to go. Great Place to Stay

This is the 3rd time we’ve rented this property for an annual golf trip and the accommodations are always great. Enough space for everyone to be comfortable, great location and the fact that there is air conditioning is a welcomed bonus, especially this year when everyday was in the 90’s.

Great location! Multi level house had lots of space and everything we needed. Inside was clean and casual and beds were comfortable. Hot tub had not been serviced but the owner was very responsive about getting it taken care of. It suited our needs well!

Awesome Vacation Spot!

The property and location was phenomenal! 10 minutes from Story Land, Diana's Bath, Cathedral Ledge and much more! More beds than needed but that's never a bad thing. Lots of stairs but that didn't bother us either, just gave everyone their own space. And the hottub in the back was a huge plus! Will hopfully be staying here again in the near future!

Simply Wonderful

This condo was amazing and had everything we needed for our weekend on the Saco! Our kids loved exploring the woods, the hot tub gave us a little treat at the end of a long day and the kids had so many things to play with! The home was very comfortable, including all the beds! Great long weekend!

Perfect location. Great size. Plenty of room to space out with the 2 separate living rooms! Everything was there to cook with and plenty of seating. Hot tub was perfect for the end of the day to relax. We had teenage boys and was nice to have the other area for them to hang out. Coffee was great on the front porch to get the day going. This condo is awesome! We love to entertain so this house is equipped to enjoy with adult family and friends, and is also well equipped for families with small kids just like us!

The location of this property is really the best that North Conway has to offer. It is so close to everything, with awesome views of the Mountain and loads of activities for everyone!
