Bring the whole family to this great space with lots of room for fun! This gorgeous home has been beautifully updated to give you a modern, homey feel with everything you need. This 4-bedroom resort is a stone's throw from Disney Theme Park; Disney Magic Kingdom, Disney's Wide World of Sports, Disney's Typhoon Lagoon, Disney's Blizzard Beach, Animal Kingdom, Epcot, Disney's Downtown. Universal Studios, Wet and Wild and Sea World are also a short drive away. The famous Champions Gate Golf Course, and surrounded by several amazing restaurants are just minutes away. The home is equipped with a private pool (not heated), game room, BBQ, TV and Wifi throughout, as well as access to all the club amenities. Come ready to relax and enjoy your vacation in this home!
*Please note the private pool is not heated and there is no option to heat it at this time. Renting this house you acknowledge no pool heat will be available during your stay. Thank you

Aviana is also close to Disney and other major attractions, shopping and restaurants. Providence Golf Club is just down the road and only minutes from Champions Gate Golf Resort, for the family members who play golf. And lastly, if you want to enjoy the Florida beaches, it is about 2 hours to the east and west coast beaches.
