Gated Villa Near Disney Private Heated Pool and Tub upon request

Luxury Villa Home in the Aviana Resort. 4 Bdr and 2 Baths .Has heated private pool and Hot tub, and game room. 2 Masters room for 8 people. Has fabulous Club House with Pool, Sauna, Game Room, WIFI , and Cable.
Situated in a gated community this villa is only 10 mins from the I4. It is a spacious 4 bedroom 2 bathroom home with a well thought out floor plan. Having a split floor plan for the bedrooms.
Upon entering the front door you are immediately in the spacious formal lounge and dining area. The dining table will seat 8 people. From there you enter the well equipped kitchen which has plenty of cupboard space and a pantry. The laundry room is off to the left which also has a closet, the internal door to the garage/games room is situated there. The garage/games room has a pool table, foosball and dart board. There is also a glass top table with four chairs, two high chairs, one stroller, two chair booster seats and baby gates and a music entertainment system.
From the kitchen you have an open view of the family room with a table and six chairs leading to the two comfy sofa's with a 55" TV with cable and a view of the screened in pool.
The Pool area has a spa, table and chairs and loungers along. There is a safety netting along the front edge of the pool, as required by the state of Florida.
The largest master bedroom is on the right and is very spacious with a king sized bed, it even has a room for a full size crib in the corner. Leading off the bedroom is the ensuite bathroom with double vanity, large tub, separate shower and separate toilet. There is a door leading to the walk in closet, there is also a locked door leading to the owners closet.
On the other side of the lounge is bedroom number 2 which also has a King size bed. Bedroom 3, has bunk beds, the bottom bed being a full and the top a twin. Bedroom 4, has two twin beds. Bedrooms 2, 3 & 4 share the family bathroom, which has a single vanity and shower tub.
There are TV's in all bedrooms.
There is a gas station shortly prior to turning into the road leading to the division and a Publix is situated on the other corner.
You are approximately a 25 minute drive to the main gates of Disney.

Ok stay for the price

The property is dated, and there were several things broken or not working. Although, bugs are always a problem in Florida the amount of, what one can only assume were ants, was terrible. Could not leave food on the counter for over a couple MINUTES and it was covered in bugs. Had to store all of our snack food in the oven for “safe keeping”. The location was accessible to the parks as advertised. Manager’s communication was good. The “extra” games in the garage was a waste. Pool table sticks were broken, but wasn’t an issue for us, as we didn’t use or intend on using. The heated pool was great after a long day at the parks. All-in-all it met or needs, but wouldn’t stay again.

Nice getaway

We were not looking to do the theme parks, this house was big enough where we were all able to relax in our own spaces, and use the pool and dining room as a family when needed. It is also a short drive to anything you may be looking to do- shopping, mini putt or the theme parks.

Renter be ware! I’d never stay here again.

You will pay to have the pool and hot tub heated, but it is only heated from 9 to 5 so if you were planning on using it in the evening during the winter months, it will be too cold.There were no bathroom hand towels, boogers wiped on the bathroom walls, hair and dirt in the tub and on the bathroom rigs, a moldy shower curtain, the toilet handle needs held down to flush, food on the dishes, one small one ply toilet tissue and paper towel roll, one trash bag, no dishwasher detergent - you are expected to provide anything else and when the property manager was asked for additional toilet paper and paper towel towels he said no. There was only one baking dish. There was a bandaid holding the batteries in for the Roku controller - yuck, and the controllers had been switched and were with the wrong TVs. I booked a VRBO so I could make food and save on cost as well as have the comforts of a home and the use of a heated pool and hot tub. The stay here was anything but comfortable.

Nice neighborhood

Pool was warm enough all the time in our February vacations. Owner was very nice. He let's enter the house before check-in time and he always respond to our messages really fast.

Disney stay

Property was nice, clean, comfortable. We were a bit put off that there was only 1 roll of toilet paper for each bathroom for 7 people for a week also only 1 extra garbage sack, and no dishwasher detergent (just dish soap for sink) Would be good info in the listing so we could have purchased the day of arrival instead of late at night after a parks day. Would stay again if ever traveling there again.

Home awat from Home!!

We stayed for a month in this home and it fulfilled each and every one of our expectations!!! There were a few problems with the internet dropping, but other than that everything is as listed and very cozy!! If given the chance we would stay again!!

House was great, hot tub and wi-fi... not so much.

Our plan was to drop our teen kids at various malls, parks, etc and get some much deserved relaxing at the house. We were there a total of 6 days and they only got the wi-fi going for about 3-4 hours total of our entire stay. This means we couldn't stream anything or use the smart TVs or internet. The other plan was to do a lot of soaking in the hot tub. It would only get warm for 20-30 minutes then pump cold water. They "fixed" it multiple times over the course of our trip, but only got it properly fixed the day we were leaving. We still had a decent vacation but fighting with these two issues over the vacation certainly cast a dark cloud over it. Oh well, life goes on.

Renter beware

Nothing like you would expect. Our stay was six weeks long and we paid almost 8,000 The large burner on the stove was not working since we arrived. Was promised a new stove that never materialized. The pool was 103 degrees same as hot tub which is not very refreshing Pool man was there a few times said it was a programming error but always had a recurring problem. The windows were filthy with mold. We cleaned them ourselves . Don’t try to go barefoot cause the floors were filthy. Had to wash them as well Safe was not working our entire stay. The property manager became very hostile and when we asked to be directly in contact with the host she never gave us the information and cut off all correspondence with us Should have a different career. Contacted vrbo and was told not enough to escalate a claim. So what is ?

Nice home

The home was plenty of space for the eight of us. Home was clean, could use a deep clean as floors left grandson who crawls with dirty legs & feet. Also, recommend if you’re using the pool that you need not pay extra for heating it as it never felt warm like a normal heated pool & hot tub. $280 for 7 days was a waste. Pool was ok and we used it just not warm for our grand babies. And I read in one persons review lots of rules & thought someone is probably really picky but yes it’s true. Wasn’t terrible but a little let down.

Never Again

There was Pros & Cons with the stay.. I paid for the house in full when I booked it was given a code to access the door 24 hours before. When my family and I arrived the code didn’t work. It was terrible storm and cell phone didn’t work well on the property after a hour of we was texted a different code from the property management. The insurance internet went out the same time everyday that we stayed. The pool man came to clean the pool after we was there three days and I was charged pool cleaning fee for one day of clean pool. They also charge for cleaning service when they have a list of rules for you to do. The house itself is beautiful the gated community is a plus but the lack of communication from the owner is not professional at all. They took my $1300 but now won’t message me back about my concerns. I will never stay here again..
