Best Disney trip yet.

Property was clean, well kept.The themed rooms were a huge hit for the kids and adults . We had dress up parties several days.We would recommend this home and will rebook again.

Family Vacation

We stayed at this home as a family of 15! We had three babies, one toddler, one child and 8 adults. The property was unreal! It was so clean and stocked with so much to do. Our kids enjoyed the house just as much as the parks. They played, swam, relaxed and had a fantastic time. This house truly is decorated and is an immersive experience! We would recommend this property to anyone. Extremely close to the parks, Walmart and Starbucks.

A Beautiful Disney Playhouse

The home was stocked with everything you could think of. It even had a wheel chair which was perfect for my mother to go with us to the theme parks. We all enjoyed the large heated pool and all the dress up clothes but especially the Harry Potter game roo. Was my grand childrens favorite Best stay by far!

Unforgettable experience!

The moment the adults stepped into this vacation villa, they were transformed back to their childhood. The children were overwhelmed with joy and excitement. There is something new to be discovered behind every door, around every corner, and in each nook and cranny of this place. It’s convenient to the airport and to Disney, as well as restaurants and shopping. If you’re searching for a magical place to stay with your family for a Disney adventure or trip to Orlando, this is the one. The Most Magical Disney House

From the moment you enter this house, you are transformed into another universe. You will be in awe of the amount of detail that went into making this house such a special place. Every room is Disney themed with 10/10 detail and includes a closet full of costumes to go with that theme with sizes for everyone. My kids are 6, 16, 20, 21 & 24 and they all had such a fun time dressing up taking photos and videos. This house is perfect for any age, and if you’re a kid at heart who loves Disney then you will especially love this place. Made our stay magical and was worth every penny!

Dreams do come true, even for adults!

This was the best kept secret of a lifetime. The adults were shocked, the kids were in disbelief and my heart was full. I was the only one who saw the online pictures. I’m so glad I kept it a secret. Everyone’s faces made the entire long week worth it. Everyday we played, dressed up (even the adults), swam and sat in the hot tub to ease those aching muscles. This home was beyond what the pictures even show. If you’re on the fence, book the house. It was better than any of the parks !!! Can’t wait to book again. The ease of everything from check in, the stay to check out was wonderful and the owner was amazing.

Family vacation

We had a great stay at Happily Ever After. It was perfect for our family vacation. The owner has put in a lot of thought in adding character to this home! Magical family experience and stay

Our family was transformed into an immersive world and experience. We wanted the kids to feel like they are enjoying Disney without needing to go to Disney World. This house was perfect. So much to do in each room. The pool and hot tub was a hit every day. We had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Communication with the owner was wonderful and quick. We can't wait to come back to build more memories.

Disney done right!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Our two little girls spent endless hours playing dress up with the beautiful outfits. I even had fun dressing up to wake them for breakfast as a Disney Princess. Excellent communication. We would definitely stay again and will be recommending to all of our family friends.

They didn't want to leave

The pictures are very accurate. So is the description of the nearest Wal-Mart. When we were not at the park (strollers and the wagon came in handy), the kids were in the pool (thank god for the life vests that are available in all sizes) or fighting over who got to wear the pink dress (we had to hide a few). We spent our nights cuddled up to watch movies on the big screen. Had a hard time leaving. Appreciative of all the extras that most places do not have. Can't wait to come back.

A must stay house if you come to Orlando!

We came with 6 grandkids and 5 adults. There was more than enough room for everyone. Each room was a theme room with all of the costumes and toys to match. The kids were thrilled to get back to the house at the end of the day to play and swim in Ariel's heated pool and hot tub. The directions posted in the house as to how to use everything made it so easy we didn't need to contact the owner. However, she checked on how we were doing several times. We definitely will stay there again. Perfect Disney and Universal trip.

Spectacular!!!

Incredible house! Pictures don’t do it justice! We brought our 7 grandkids (ages 1-15), and they thought it was better decorated than Disney/Universal! They said they had more fun there than at the theme parks. Their imaginations soared! The owners attention to detail wasn’t lost on us! Our teens were mesmerized by the Harry Potter room, our 6-10 year olds went nuts over the Star Wars rooms and our littles loved the playhouse room and all the toys! Our little girls felt like princesses in the Cinderella room with lots of pics of the glass slipper! Our 3 year old learned to swim here this week! Even the adults enjoyed dressing up in the costumes and taking pictures! The kitchen was well equipped to cook and feed our crew! This would be such a great house for a children’s birthday party sleepover! Locals should take advantage of using this amazing playhouse! Birthday Bash

When we walked up to the home the outside was deceiving. Don’t get me wrong, the neighborhood is well kept….yards are nicely mowed, folks walking the dogs along the sidewalks, etc. But as we pulled into the driveway we were not “WOWED”. Wellll, let me tell you…that changed the moment we stepped into the home and cut off the alarm! First off, I felt instant security walking into the home with the alarm . Then secondly and most importantly my baby girl (who was celebrating her 5 1/2 year old birthday) ran in literally screaming at the top of her lungs at all the wonder you experience upon walking in the house. All the detail you give to each room is amazing. The way not only is each room themed, but the additional toys and outfit changes (can we talk about how many outfit changes happened over the last week??!!) enhanced our experiences every single day. The pool was incredible and the night time undersea light show made us feel like we had our own private theme park. We absolutely loved the home and will bring even more family members with us the next time. Having some matter of fact things around the house like the strollers, boogie boards for the water, coolers for the parks and multiple washer/dryers all made it even more convenient. Thank you for your contribution to our awesome Summer of 24 family vacay/ 1/2 birthday celebration!

Very theme oriented.

The bedrooms were beautifully done, the costumes were amazing. However, the pictures of the home are misleading. It is smaller than it appears. The family room off the kitchen couldn’t accommodate 15 people. There was little room for people to hang their clothes or store their groceries. The pool and jacuzzi were fun. We found some housekeeping issues; the freezer’s ice maker didn’t work because the filter needed replacing; the grill was filthy; there were no cleaning supplies available at all. We would have appreciated some windex, Lysol wipes, etc. the stove was not self cleaning. We had a wonderful family vacation and overall enjoyed our stay!!

MOST AMAZING EXPERIENCE EVER

we didn’t feel like we stayed long enough!! we definitely want to come back in the future. the house was absolutely insane and each room was immensely themed and crazy cool. the house also came with all the amenities making everything so easy with meals, tv, and the pool and spa. the backyard was so colorful and immersive (the themed for outside was under the sea). everything about the house was perfect, and we didn’t even go to any parks or beaches. we stayed home and we’re entertained by the house itself the entire trip. not to the mention the owner, janalynn had great communication and responded very quickly. she was so kind and thoughtful to each little detail. the house was thoroughly cleaned when me and my family arrived and everything was in perfect shape. we had no problems with check in at all because the janalynn was absolutely amazing. the house is so much cooler in person, the photos don’t do it’s justice. the neighborhood felt safe and the houses around looked nice. would definitely stay here again! thank you sooo much!!!

Grand Gathering and first time offsite!

Let me first start off with the fact that I was nervous about missing the "Disney" experience not staying onsite at WDW. I have two sets of twins that are now 20, 20, 16 and 16. As a family of 6, it is becoming extremely difficult to stay onsite comfortably and it not being the price of buying a small car! Also, I wanted to give my daughter's friend the option of coming because she had never been to Disney. Disney has priced us out as far as a resort now. We used to pull our RV but the RV sites are $125/night too. My sister has two little ones (2 and 4 yrs) and I remember how it was not to be able to put them down to sleep and still be able to hang out with everyone. If you have little ones you might remember sitting in a hotel room with no lights and whispering so your babies could sleep! Last, I had 1 VRBO experience (my first VRBO experience too) that had left me disappointed. So, a year ago, I went into serious research looking for a home that would make us happy. I spent days! I ran into Janalynn's Happily Ever After and I was like bingo! But, I still had my doubts since I had learned that pictures and reviews can be deceiving. I talked to her on the phone a few times and got that gut feeling that she was the real deal! When we arrived on May 25th this year, I still had my doubts because I kept thinking it might be too good to be true! OH MY when we walked in! My doubts were squelched! The house is the bomb! It is CLEAN! It is well stocked! It is decorated sooo awesome (I might steal some ideas! ha) and Janalynn was always available and tentative. We had an awesome trip. We wished it was a day or two longer just so we could hang out at the house some more. Everything was perfect and we were very happy! We will book again with her.

We loved this home!

We loved this home! We have three boys 4, 12, 15 and there was something for everyone. The pool was warm and the hot tub was great in the evening with lights. The rooms were beautiful and the Harry Potter bed and Star Wars bed were pure art! The movie theatre room was awesome and with 3D movies and glasses for everyone. I did provide. Rate of 4 for check in and communication because we arrived at 4:00 pm for check in and there were multiple and cars and people present. They were “housekeeping” so we had to wait in our car for 20 minutes. Upon approaching the owner instead of apologizing asked our name and said they were going to bringing a new couch that didn’t arrive during our stay, I was unpleasant from waiting in the car after a long day and tired boys, so I stated we didn’t want bothered on vacation. She said she would bring it when we were not home. I did apologize for not being understanding via text, she accepted and she did state she would wait until we Checked out to bring the couch. I do wish she would have sent a message stating they were running late or approached us more inviting but I assume she was just stressing to leave for us to come in. I did message that the upstairs WiFi wasn’t working she messaged the next day stating she just got the message. This is all minor and did not affect our stay however this is why I would give communication a 4. The cleanliness also recieved a 4 as there was food splattered on doors, counters not cleaned, and floors in living area not swept. However again the housekeeping appeared stressed upon our arrival for us to enter the home so these may have been missed. The pool also could use a good cleaning but didn’t stop us from swimming. Overall this home really is beautiful and the owners put a Lot of thought into it. The items I mentioned were very small and I would recommend for families small are large to stay here.

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) who also practices play therapy with children, I felt inspired to create these homes to strengthen multi-generational family relationships through play! When you book your vacation, your correspondence from start to end of stay, is with me or our local property manager. Brad is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and Tax Director, who moonlights as our financial EVERYTHING for the villas. Our rental homes are part of the “Happiest Place on Earth” vacation experience, and we think Walt Disney himself, would be proud. 1. You can't get a villa any closer to Disney. So nice to come home mid-day and refresh the family for a night of fireworks and more attractions! Time [stuck-in-traffic] is money, and this location is PERFECT!!!
2. We love the vaulting, tall ceilings, and openness between kitchen, great family room and dining areas, allowing large groups to be together...
3. So many master bedrooms have their own private bathrooms. This is a must for adults!
4. The pool is large with a spa, and gets great sun year round. Many villa pools are pitifully small and/or shaded.
5. Every room, including the kitchen, theater, and pool area, is themed! With toys and dress-ups, we've outdone even the Disney Resorts...come see for yourself!

If you've stayed in other vacation rental homes, you'll surely find this to be your best experience EVER!!! WE HAVE ALL THE FIVE STAR REVIEWS TO PROVE IT!
