Denna 5 sovrum Executive Retreat sover 22 bekvämt. Sovrummet med sovrum har en king size-säng och ett lyxigt bad i italiensk stil. Nya minnesskummadrasser kompletterar queen size-sängarna i de extra sovrummen. Det finns en soffa på övervåningen med ytterligare 4 våningssängar. Gourmetkök. Den stora tomten erbjuder gott om parkering för flera dussin gäster för stora mottagningar och fester. Stort garage med två dörrar ... fastigheten är tillgänglig för rullstolar.

Detta underbart charmiga hus har en fantastisk utsikt framifrån och bakifrån av gräs och skog och ligger tvärs över gatan från stugan (VRBO # 989047) och intill en verkstedsgård och Hidden Hollow Farm. Cape Cod och Cottage kan båda bokas för ett totalt boende på 32 gäster.

Centrum: Ditt gästhem i Cape Cod är "så nära, men ändå så långt borta!" Du kan gå mindre än 1 mil till Panera Bread för att få morgonkaffe och färsk bakelse. Du är bara två kvarter till Giant Foods och köpcentrum. Det stora partiet nästan tunnland och ger gott om parkering för evenemang och gäster. Great place for family stay

House was clean, bigger than it looks, with lots of beds. Beds were comfortable and the linens and towels were high quality. Kitchen had all the essentials. Backyard has a great space for entertaining.

Perfect house for a big group to stay in with an incredible back yard area with a great fire pit.

We had a group of 10 adults and 2 kids and it was a perfect place for all of us to stay while we were in town for a friends wedding. I would definitely recommend it.

Cape Cod get away

This is a beautiful home in a lovely location. We were there over Christmas and the owners had put up a tree and Christmas lights for us. The grounds are so lovely that we wished we could spend time there in the summer around the great fire pit.

Great wedding weekend

We were in town for my daughter’s wedding. The wedding was held at the Inn at Vint Hill. Easy drive back and forth. The house was perfect for our stay. The outdoor patio area was exactly what we were looking for. The house was spacious and accommodated all our needs. Our host was responsive and very generous. Would recommend this house to anyone looking.

Wedding Weekend

We used the house for our bridal party to stay for my wedding weekend. The house was great and the backyard was beautiful and so accommodating of our guests. The house was less than 15 minutes from our venue location and it was the perfect place for our friends and family to enjoy! Great location and spacious accommodation

Warmly welcomed. Enough space for 16 people. House has most of the amenities needed. Owner responded speedily when we couldn’t put the TV on. We found the evenings and nights Cold especially upstairs- not sure if heating was working properly. Great venue for a summer event

We enjoyed our stay!

My son was getting married & with the limited hotel rooms available for out of town guests our large family of all out of town guests decided to rent homes instead. This was one of the homes we rented & it was perfect for us! The back yard was so nice even though all the renovations were not yet complete but will be very soon. I could of had the rehearsal dinner with 55+ guests easily catered there had I known how lovely & roomy the house & backyard were. The other nice thing about the house is that it is so close to grocery stores etc. yet you feel you are away from it all. The owners Sue & Gerry are also wonderful & they were very accommodating to our needs!

Perfect 10!

The property is beautiful, inside and out. The beds are comfortable, huge kitchen table, amazing recliners, and stunning patio (rose bushes and beautiful trees) with built-in grill and fire pit. There is an immense, verdent yard and our daughter enjoyed running around outside every day. Excellent location in Warrenton, very close to the grocery store. The owners were incredibly friendly and welcoming. We had a question regarding the thermostat and they came by immediately to show us how to use it. The house is very clean and has plenty of room. We hope to visit again. Thank you Sue and Gerry!

Great house with friendly owners

We rented this house for the weekend for my family and friends whobwere in town for my brothers wedding. The house is very cozy, bathrooms are updated (master bath has a big waterfall head and heat lamps in the ceiling!) and the owners were very nice and easy to talk to. Our only ding was the pet fee online says $75 a night but it was actually much more expensive. I will note that we ended up having to notify the owner only hours before our arrival that we had to bring our pup because of dogsitter issues but the fee was more expensive then what was listed online. Other then that the house is great and the owners were very accommodating. The outdoor kitchen area is awesome! Would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking to stay in the area.

Great place for a weekend getaway!

My group and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Sue's home in Warrenton. The location is close to a grocery store if you ever need to run out and grab some things, and is also very close to nearby wineries and attractions. We had cooler weather and utilized the firepit both nights during our stay -- the owners stocked up the house with so much wood readily available for our use which was SO nice. A couple quick notes - if you're traveling to the house for the first time after dark, just know that the driveway is split with the next door neighbor so our whole group ended up going down the wrong driveway first as the numbers were hard to see in the dark. Additionally, the oven is a little sensitive (we had a couple items burn easily) so keep an eye on what you're cooking ;). Overall, everything is pretty perfect and we would recommend to others!

Good property but need to be careful with the extra bill after checkout

The property is well maintained. Was informed by the owner to clean the grill thoroughly else we will incur the cleaning fee. We kept it in a better shape than what we received. After the checkout, we received a bill for many items including broken clock, damaged patio cover, moving furniture (coffee table was moved little bit), turning of the gas fireplace which we thought was a fire hazard. Negotiated with the owner for the final settlement, but the bill was very high and felt like we received bill for damages that were not true. Please take a video/pic proof before you check-in and check-out.

Entire property was beautiful and accommodated our family if 12 perfect!!!

This property was really beautiful, lots of private land, everything you need to make home cooked meals in the kitchen, extra 2 fridges in the garage if needed, the backyard is perfect for entertaining with 2 gas grill and one wood grill, sink with hot/cold water, plenty of comfy seats in the nicely designed sitting area and a fire pit we used to make smores. My grands enjoyed catching lighting bugs when it started to get dark as there's lots of them, property well lit , with roomy/comfy bedrooms, recliners were awesome when watching movies as they power recline. The owners Sue and Gerry are great, they called to see if it was ok to come by one day and its was a true pleasure to meet them. I'm not sure who had more jokes my mom or Sue but we laughed and had a time when they stopped by. Sue is very funny and helpful as she has a book on the counter and notes around the home that tells how to operate tvs's etc, it also has local food places. Although everything is right there such as grocery , gas station , Starbucks and some really good restaurants. We will definitely look to stay here again when we visit Virginia and highly recommend it if you looking for something peaceful yet close to everything that's great for entertaining. The International Gold Cup

Owner advertised this house as pet-friendly. Owner notified us two weeks before our stay that she changed her mind and was not allowing dogs. We had to wash all dishes before we used them. The house had plenty of room for everyone.

We enjoy entertaining and sharing the home with new people from all over the world. Please come and visit us in Warrenton, Virginia.

Varför värden valde detta boende

We bought this home because it's close to the town of Warrenton...in the city limits with the county seat and court house a few blocks away. Everything is very close for shopping...you have lots of space in both the front and back yards for entertaining on the new patio and outdoor kitchen as well at the new fire pit.
