This is a new home that was spotless, very spacious and welcoming! We were very lucky to stay in such a beautiful place. Only downside was that it was on the outskirts of Charlottetown and a bit of a drive for stores, etc.

This is a nice property, fairly conveniently located. Close to grocery and Charlottetown, but also easy to travel out on the Island from. It is clean and well kept with new and functional kitchen appliances.It would help if there was a way to turn off the solar lights on the back deck or better curtains in the master bedroom to block the light. They are quite bright.The only real disappointment is that while there is Internet and a good TV set, there is no cable or other service. You would have to use your own streaming service. That is especially a problem when you come from the States since most services you have there, like YouTube TV, do not work in Canada.A property of this quality and at this price should supply cable or a good local streaming service of some type.

Thank you Christopher and Sara. House had beautiful and comfortable furnishings, it was spacious, had everything you would need for a pleasurable stay and both Christopher and Sara had very clear instructions. Location was 10 min from downtown and easy to highways to Cavendish etc. Note that there are new homes being built in the area, but we were out for day trips so was not disrupting to us at all.

Check out and tv

Awesome place for us to stay along our east coast tour. There were 6 of us ( 58 years-68 years) which was perfect. Only two issues were that it was a challenge to wake up, and get ready for a 10 am check-out and not having cable tv during playoffs was a little upsetting to the older folks who are not streamers
Would be great if you had local channels on the nice big tv and offered a later checkout option but other then that it was perfect!

Excellent property, however, no luggage rack. Middle bedroom door rattled. More dishes, (larger coffee mugs). We were very comfortable and it was great for three couples...

Extremely clean, well organized, and cozy

The property had everything we needed and was very clean and comfortable. The cupboards were well organized and labeled. The rooms had their own heat/air conditioning, making it more comfortable to travel with our elderly parents who are always cold. The property is a 10-15 minute drive from downtown Charlottetown and about 10 minutes from the airport.
