Elevated just three floors above the sand, this oceanfront one‑bedroom,

one‑bathroom condo offers a stylish retreat for up to four guests, blending

comfort, convenience and coastal charm. The master bedroom is furnished with a

king‑size bed. Just off the hallway you’ll find a built‑in bunk‑bed

alcove—ideal for children, teens or extra guests who want their own little

nook of fun and comfort.







The bathroom is thoughtfully designed with a modern walk‑in shower, giving the

unit an open, accessible feel. The open living and dining area flows

seamlessly from the kitchen, where full‑size appliances, cookware and dishware

enable everything from relaxed breakfasts to simple dinners at home. Bright

windows let natural light pour in, tying the indoor space to the ocean just

beyond.







When you’re ready to enjoy resort‑style amenities, step outside to the outdoor

pool—a perfect place to soak up sunshine, float, unwind, or catch a serene

The location was very nice....just down from the Marriott. The layout was good except the two chair

The location was very nice....just down from the Marriott. The layout was good except the two chairs in the living room make the area too crowded so less or smaller furniture would be better. The pull out couch was not comfy but then pull out beds never are! The bedroom was fantastic and the bed was exceptional! The air worked wonderfully. The view of the ocean from the 3rd floor was very nice. My only complaint was the overall cleanliness of the condo. In depth cleaning had not been done in a long time. I did not feel comfortable without shoes on at all times inside. Basic cleaning I guess from the Atlantic Towers staff consisted of changing sheets if asked, sweeping around rugs and around main areas but none of the rugs had been picked up and sand dumped out.....so not sure if they have been vacuumed in a long time.....and they rugs and furniture were very dirty, no shampooing of rugs had been done in a long time. The dishes were dusty. The countertops had not been cleaned well. Overall the place had not been wiped down properly. I prefer more in depth cleaning and I spent time cleaning and cloroxing the day I arrived. But, I would visit again, knowing I need to be prepared to clean the first day.

Atlantic Towers Carolina Beach

Overall trip was nice just to get away for a couple of days. My biggest issue was the place not really being clean - as I am used to clean - everyone is different but I had to do lots of cleaning when I arrived to feel “me” comfortable. But after that the place was very nice!
