Relaxing vacation

We have stayed at this property for several years for our family vacation. It never fails to provide at great place to stay and perfect location. Would recommend to anyone wanting to get away.

Great place to stay. The rooms look great and welcoming. Staying at this property, you are in the middle of everything. The boardwalk with shops, stores and a mid-way. Location is not that far away from a little night life as well.

Loved this place. Theres a small balcony you can just enjoy the sound of the ocean and the hot breeze. You can walk just get up and get on the beach if you’d like.

Host was very nice and responded very quickly, had some issues and host did offer to take care of. Everything was very clean except a few stains on couch and mattress protector. There was also musty smell in one of the bedrooms but other than that it was fine for what we needed.

Great weekend away

The location was perfect! I loved that the beach access is at the back of the parking lot. The kitchen was fully stocked. The closet had beach chairs, umbrellas, and beach toys for kids. Lori is so easy to talk with and responds quickly. They have created a very nice and inviting place to stay.

Great place by the beach!

We had a lovely time staying in this adorable condo! It was clean, cozy, nicely decorated, and overall a great place. The kitchen was very well appointed and even had a Keurig, which we loved! It's about a 30-second walk to the beach and really could not have been more convenient. We come to Carolina Beach every summer and will definitely book Lori's place again!

Perfect!

We have no complaints! Right on the beach, the condo was super comfortable and worked well for our trip (3 yr old and 11 month old). Close to plenty of restaurants. Was really nice to know if we forgot anything the condo was well supplied and furnished for a home away from home.

Great time!

We enjoyed renting this condo with our family. It was very clean, and it was very close to the beach. It was nice to walk out and go directly to the ocean! The kids also had fun in the pool, and it had all the amenities you would have at home. Thanks, Lori, for renting your place to us. Very good value!

Great location

Loved the spot! Right on the beach. Condo was equipped decently. I did have to clean all the surfaces upon arrival. Also the air conditioner unit is beyond loud, which was frustrating trying to sleep. Aside from those two issues, it was a good stay.

This was our first ever rental. Like, ever. And Lori couldn't have done a more wonderful job at providing us with a place that felt like home. Everything was clean and it didn't have that...lived in feeling. It was just peaceful and comfortable for me and my three boys. The property was insanely affordable, in an amazing location, and spacious enough for us (plus more, if we had brought more people with us). My family and I want to make this a yearly thing so our boys have these awesome memories at the beach and we are thrilled to say we'll be coming back to this property again next year.

Beautiful beach view!!

My friends visited from Michigan and had a wonderful time! The condo was very clean and in a great location. Easy walk to the beach and a beautiful sight from the balcony.. The only downfalls we're that there was no laundry in the facility itself and parking. Even though there was a designated spot for the condo itself, it was only available one time through her entire vacation which was very frustrating. The person parked in that spot apparently had an approved hanging parking pass which seems odd that would be allowed in another condos only spot. At one point, there was not a visitor spot available either. If she comes earlier in the season next year, the parking would definitely deter us from choosing this condo again.

Both my husband and I are native to North Carolina and have always dreamed of having "a place at the beach". We're excited to offer our condo to you in hopes that you will enjoy the beach as much as we do! My husband is a realtor on the island and property manager. I love being retired and exploring the area! In our spare time, we love to cheer for our favorite collegiate and NFL teams and relax at the beach. My husband loves to rock out on the guitar and I love making custom cakes.

Varför vÀrden valde detta boende

Location, location, location!! This property is convenient to everything on Pleasure Island! If you can tear yourself from the beach, there are festivals, the boardwalk, stroll the pier, watch the boats in the harbor, go to the aquarium, ride the ferry to Southport, stroll around the lake all within minutes of the condo! This property is well maintained. The common areas are kept very clean. The pool is gorgeous! The laundry room is on the first floor.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

Sunrises, dolphins, shrimp boats, surf fishing, ferry rides, historical sites, aquarium, award winning clam chowder all found on Pleasure Island. Condo is right in the middle of it all but still far enough away to get quiet. Literally steps to the beach.
