Your hosts are Julie and Jason, a married couple who live locally. On any given day, youâll find Julie in the office, managing administration and overseeing that guests have a memorable trip. Jason is the photographer and maintenance hero. Their operations manager, Emma, corresponds with guests and organises the housekeeping teams.

Locally, you can enjoy the many surrounding beaches including Bellerive, Howrah, and you can even take the 20 minute drive to the South Arm peninsula to enjoy wind-swept, white sand beaches all to yourself. If youâre travelling with kids, there are plenty of big and elaborate parks in the area â check out Bellerive Park especially!
The Blundstone Arena is also nearby, which hosts cricket and AFL games. Bellerive is a hot spot for trendy cafes, wine bars, and various cuisines. Thereâs also a beautiful scenic board walk with views of the marina, city, and River Derwent.
Eastlands is also nearby and has many high street shops, eateries, and grocery stores. On a Saturday morning, you can visit the Kangaroo Bay markets in Rosny for locally grown veg, baked good stalls, and fresh Tassie roasted coffee.
