Detta är en helt ny, 3 sovrum, 2. 5 badrum uppgraderat radhus. Rymmer upp till 8 gäster. Två bil säkra garage och lång 35 "uppfart till parkera släp och leksaker. Bara en kort 5 minuters bilresa från södra änden av downtown Moab. Beläget i Rim Vista-underavdelningen där stjärnan stirrar är utmärkt!

Funktioner: Granit hela, nya apparater inklusive en gasspis, blendtec blender, tvättmaskin och torktumlare, internet, grill gas, luftkonditionering, säsongsöppen pool och badtunna, basket / tennisbana, lekplats. UPPDATERING: pool och badtunna stängs i mitten av oktober och återupptas i mars på grund av renoveringar.

Sovrummet har en king size-säng, stora garderober, badrum, stort privat däck område med fantastisk utsikt, 50 "smart TV.

Sovrum # 1 och # 2 har Tuft och Needle minne skum queen sängar, 40 "smarta TV, byråer / nattduksar och fantastisk utsikt!

Front rum har en full storlek minne skum bäddsoffa, kärlek stol, stol, 60 "Smart TV, Blu ray-spelare och vacker utsikt!

Clean and comfortable

The condo was perfect for our family of four as we explored Arches and Canyonlands NP. Quiet, clean, comfortable, and very well equipped, it was a cozy place to rest after long days of hiking. Communication, check in and check out were all easy. Highly recommend!

Superb quality home, outstanding, hard to find better

This home has stood out among our around 30 or so VRBO/HomeAway/Airbnb rentals. High quality all the way through, one of the best equipped homes we have stayed in. Attention to detail and communication from Heidi was fantastic. For example, all the light switches were labelled, no guessing at what light a switch might trigger. In addition to both a regular drip coffee machine and a Keurig coffee machine there was even a kettle, very unusual in an American home rental but great for people who like to make tea with boiling water! :) Really feels like a home that the owners live in regularly and stock it to their standards, rather than one that is just for rental. Very clean, very comfy, nice garage, wish our current rental was as good as this. I can see why this rental has so many 5 star reviews. Thanks Heidi for a great stay, Mike

Perfect location

This condo worked great for our family of 8. Was very ease to use and has most of everything we needed to make our vacation go smoothly. Perfect location from town. Only complaint is that the stairs and floors could have been cleaner as we had a crawling baby.

Family vacation

The absolute BEST!!

My husband, two adult children and I spent four nights at this property as our home base while we explored Arches and Canyonlands. This place was better than expected—Beautiful, clean and so comfortable! It was great having so much room to spread out as well as a fully stocked kitchen for us to make breakfast every morning and pack picnic lunches every day. You cannot go wrong with this place!

The Best

This is probable the most well run and best vacation rental we have ever stayed in. The unit was extremely well equipped with all of the necessary items and cooking supplies any guest might want or need. Clean, organized and a nice location a few miles south of the main part of town. It was just the 2 of us, so it was a bit more room than we needed, but it was still a great base home for our adventures and we appreciated the well supplied kitchen. Owner was easy to reach and responded promptly when we had a minor issue at check-in. Certainly a 5 star vacation rental.

Wonderful stay in Moab!

This property was everything we needed (and then some!) for our visit to Moab. It was lovingly appointed and communicating with the property owner was just delightful! Excellent experience

My wife and I met my Cousin and his family for a week of wheeling. We were very impressed with Heidi's home. She has everything you would ever need. You don't need to bring anything with you. She has coolers, tennis rackets, basketballs, all the dishes and appliances you need. She really makes the place feel like home. And she has a Beautiful home. The master bed is very comfy, and my cousin said the other beds were very comfy as well. We highly recommend staying here. You won't regret it... We are already planning on coming back in the fall...

Great stay in Moab

The Rim Vista's are close to town but just far enough away to create a truly peaceful and relaxing experience. At the end of the day, the kids love playing in the pool while we relax on the patio.
