Gör dig bekväm i vårt rymliga hem hemifrån, det är inte din dagliga hyresavdelning. Det är inrett i ett sydvästligt motiv och är en perfekt ökenresa. Vi har tillhandahållit allt du behöver för din semester i detta paradis som heter Moab.

Med en king size-säng, en queen size-säng, två uppsättningar med två våningssängar och en utdragbar drottningssäng med en helt ny Tempur-pedic madrass, är 10 personer enkelt och bekvämt inrymda. Den 11: e sängen är en utfälld stol "dyna", bra för yngre barn, kräver din egen sovsäck / kudde. Vi har också en leklek för spädbarn med lakan tillhandahållen. En tvättmaskin och torktumlare i full storlek tillhandahålls så känn dig fri att packa lätt! Det finns gott om förvaring i varje sovrum. Köket är fullt utrustat med allt du behöver för att "äta i", inklusive nya rätter, glas, bestick och mer. Det finns en gasgrill på baksidan uteplats för din användning, tillsammans med en uteplats matbord. Satellit-TV och en DVD-spelare finns också tillsammans med gratis Wi-Fi. Ett överdrivet bifogat garage med två bilar ger dig en plats att parkera och arbeta med dina "leksaker" mellan åkattraktioner. I garaget finns också ett airhockeybord och ett fotbollsbord! Bara en kort promenad bort ligger gemenskapens pool och badtunna!

Vi älskar djur men husdjur är INTE tillåtna och detta är en icke-rökare enhet. Var noga med att rulla hela vägen ner för att se större bilder.

Just... WOW!

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this Moab home! The property was impeccably clean, which we really appreciated, especially having my 94-year-old grandmother with us. The three king-sized beds were incredibly comfortable and provided ample space for our group.One significant bonus that made our stay even better was the somewhat ADA accessible shower. The small lip was manageable, and the grab bars provided much-needed stability and safety for my grandmother. This thoughtful feature was a huge plus for our family. We truly appreciated it.The beautiful backyard was another highlight. We spent many evenings enjoying the fire pit under the stars – it was the perfect way to unwind after a day of exploring. While we didn't bring our dog on this trip, the fact that the property is also pet-friendly with a fenced backyard for them to use is a huge bonus for future stays. We can already imagine bringing our pup and letting them enjoy the space. The large dining room table inside was also a plus, easily accommodating everyone for meals and game nights.However, the absolute standout feature of this rental was the kitchen. Seriously, it was the best kitchen I've ever encountered in a vacation rental! It was incredibly well-stocked with everything you could possibly need and more. From an abundance of dishes and silverware to a wide array of small cooking appliances, we were so impressed. The variety of cooking utensils was exceptional, and the thoughtful inclusion

Moab family spring break

Great property, the house was well-laid out and everyone had plenty of space. The kitchen had a nice assortment of pots, pans, utensils and spices. The house is located a few minutes drive outside of town, which wasn't a big deal for us. We'd stay here again!

Perfect / Quiet space to relax and play

This was a perfect space for us and our two small dogs to get away from the busy town to relax and unwind with so many game options and private backyard perfect for a group of adults or with kids. The host was very responsive to any questions and decor made us feel like home. Thank you

A great kitchen with all the supplies and condiments you'll need to cook a great meal. My kid loved the board games, but a few of them do have some missing pieces.

The house is in a very nice neighborhood. There are more games and equipment than anywhere I’ve stayed. The bedrooms are all a very nice size, with ample bedding and pillows. The kitchen is nice and roomy, and has everything you would need, and more. The dining area has a beautiful table that will accommodate 8 as well as seating at the bar. Comfortable den area with a gas fireplace that would be great in the winter. We loved the outdoor space with the fire pit. Again lots of seating and amenities out there. A very well appointed, cozy, comfortable home, with lots of extras.

Midwestern Families Jeep Vacation

Our group of 6 retired adults enjoyed our stay at this very nicely decorated, clean, comfortable and roomy condo. It was very well stocked with items in the kitchen and throughout the condo. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. We were able to get 2 jeeps into the garage. There were a couple items that needed attention and the host, Michelle, had someone fix them within 24 hours. I would most definitely stay here again and I highly recommend it.

Wonderful Moab Rental

Beautiful, well stocked rental property with an amazing outdoor area for gathering as well as plenty of games and entertainment in the garage. Bedrooms were perfectly dark and the beds were incredibly comfortable, I slept far better here than I do in my own bed! Anytime I had an inquiry on the property before our stay the owner responded almost immediately. 10/10 would absolutely stay here again!

Great location

We had a great stay. Close to town and convenient locations to visit all the parks. It would be nice if when we arrived and throughout the day the thermostat didn’t reset to such a high temp that then took hours to cool off.

Great house and great location

Great house and great location for kids. Easy trip to Arches and up the mountains. Lots of great amenities too. Grill and outdoor seating along with fun activities in the garage. I would stay here again without any hesitation.

CLEAN, great layout and decor, loved the amenities (board games, 3 acoustic drums not pictured on website, fuse ball and air hockey in double garage, covered patio with party lights, table cloth for patio table, large beach towels, very well stocked kitchen including non-perishables - seasonings, oil, flour, etc). Maps and guides in-house. Close to restaurants and Arches. On the south side of town in the direction of Canyonlands. Did I say CLEAN? :) :) :)

Great based for adventures in the desert. The house is clean and well furnished has a nice patio out back. Lots of room in the garage to secure bikes and other toys while out.

Great location and property

Great location, just a short drive to the main strip of moab. Easily accessible to many trails. Overall, pretty clean place with lots of amenities. Some things could use a good deep cleaning like the dishwasher, it's door had alot of residue and when running had an odor. Overall, good location and property. Kids had room to run!

We are a family of 5 from Park City, Utah. Our kids all grew up dirt biking so Moab was a natural place for us to go for long weekends until we ended up buying this unit. We love having a home we can share with people who also enjoy the beautiful landscape of Moab!

Varför värden valde detta boende

We discovered Moab in 2003, and in 2007 decided we decided to buy a place. We bought the unit before it was built and had several custom features put into it as it was being built, making it an even more comfortable and unique space. It is at the far end of the street away from the highway and has plenty of street parking for trailers for your toys!

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

No need to draw straws for the king bed because we have three of them! Each bedroom has a smart TV, storage and 2 of the bedrooms lead to a private back patio. The primary bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with a new walk in shower. You will not be fighting over bathrooms with 2 1/2 bathrooms!

You will love coming back to our home after a long day of adventuring whether it's to relax on the huge back patio with the fire pit, or gather around the cozy gas fireplace in the living area. You can have many cooks in our large, well stocked kitchen cooking a great meal! Then have your whole group gather around the large dining table to talk about the day's adventures! Or you can sit out at the outdoor dining table and enjoy the beautiful views of Moab Rim and even some party lights! Bring your favorite BBQ chef to cook out on the grill!

You can pack lightly because there is a full size laundry room, equipped with laundry soap and dryer sheets, along with plenty of pool towels for everyone!

Take the kiddos to cool off at the pool with the provided pool noodles. If you want to get out of the sun, go inside the clubhouse and relax and watch some TV!
