The Space:
Upon entering this modern studio, you will be welcomed by a panoramic view of the city from the glass wall, which lets the natural light in, giving the room a fresh, airy feel. The glass door takes you to the balcony for better viewing of the cityscape.
Get cozy on the sofa that converts to a bed sleep 1. It is located right in front of the TV, so you can binge-watch your favorite show all day and night! Sit back or lounge on the couch that will embrace the sophistication of modern living during your stay while watching your favorite TV shows on a flat-screen television mounted on the wall. Access to your private balcony with outdoor furniture compliments the unit while relaxing and feeling the airy vibe overlooking the famous Marina Canal.
The queen-sized bed located on the left side of the room makes sleeping even better with fresh linens and a comfy mattress. You wouldn’t want to leave the bed with a mattress so soft you can almost fall into a heavenly slumber each time you snuggle up.
Prepare delectable meals in an open-style kitchen, with spotlessly clean, modular kitchen cabinets, which comes fully stocked with everything you could possibly need (a stove, oven, cookware, microwave, fridge, and more). There's a dining space across that can sit three while enjoying your home-cooked or takeaway food from the nearby restaurant and café.
You don’t have to worry about bringing the basic toiletries. Shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and body lotion are provided along with soft towels.
This property gives you full access to the pool and gym, so don’t forget to bring your proper swimming and gym attire to enjoy your stay fully.

The Neighborhood:
Dubai Marina is the ideal tourist or business destination. It is one of the premium spots in Dubai where visitors usually frolic in to explore the many places to be in Dubai. This is also known for the JBR Beach, Dubai Marina Mall full of luxury brands, high-end yacht cruises, and even an amazing night life. Aside from this, Dubai Marina is known for being a waterfront community that attracts a lot of people who like walking along the marina that is packed with restaurants and cafe.
The man-made marina is a home for various activities that visitors can enjoy like skydiving and jet-skiing. Dubai Marina is full of entertainment, dining choices, and leisure facilities.
With many choices that the Dubai Marina lay on the table for you to enjoy, you will find that living here for a vacation is such a breath of fresh air.
Getting Around:
Taxis usually drive by outside the builder. Uber and Careem are options for booking a taxi for you to get around Dubai easily.
If you enjoy long walks and would like to explore the rest of Dubai through a tram, train, or bus, there is a nearby bus stop where Bus 8 goes to Ibn Battuta Metro Station (outside Ibn Battuta Mall), Dubai Media City, Dubai Internet City, Burj Al Arab Hotel, Wild Wadi, and many more. Bus 84, on the other hand, goes to Jumeirah Beach Residence, Tecom, Al Barsha, and others. While Bus N55 goes to the World Centre Hotel, Dubai Country Club, International City, among many others.
The tram station, meanwhile, is only less than 5 minutes away on foot. This connects to the main metro station that can get you around in Dubai.
Many things are accessible by foot as well (grocery stores, pharmacy, restaurants, etc).
The fastest and easiest way from DXB and DWC airport is by taxi (30 minutes, 100 AED). The cheapest way from DXB airport is by metro (1 hour, 7.5 AED per person). Please check http://dubai-buses.com/ and use "Marsa Dubai, Marina Towers" as destination in the route planning tool.
Other Things to Note:
House rules include being respectful of the neighbours, Dubai laws and regulations, and the furniture. Please no parties. Smoking on the balcony only.
This apartment is fully licensed with Dubai's Department of Economy and Tourism (DET).
