NOTICE: Please be advised that a hotel complex is being built on the property next to Sandcastles Condominium. It is an active construction site with noise from the heavy equipment and machinery. Our rates have been discounted to reflect this fact. The workdays are Monday - Saturday 8AM - 5PM. It will not impact any of Sandcastles amenities, like the pool or beach access.

Sandcastles 108 is a spacious ground floor unit with walkout patio and yard area. Walk out your front door and see the ocean beyond the dunes! Also, steps from the heated pool and hot tub. This bright beach 2 bedroom, 2 bath with ocean views condo is a stylish retreat checks all the boxes for a Cocoa Beach vacation! Location is the best of both worlds: Being about a mile south of the pier provides beach privacy, with the action of the Pier & Ron Jon's a short walk down the beach. You're steps from the white sand, and an easy drive or bike ride to the bars, restaurants, and shops of Cocoa Beach and Orlando.
An open floor plan combines the living room with a spacious, full kitchen. A master bedroom with a king bed and an ensuite bathroom. The convenience of a washer and dryer in the unit, a queen sleeper sofa in the living room and two double beds in the guest bedroom!
