The property also features two bathrooms, with the master bedroom's ensuite including a toilet and shower, and the main bathroom featuring a shower, bath and toilet.
There is also a powder room downstairs and separate toilet.

While primarily a family property, we will consider quiet, respectful friendship groups where most of the guests are over the age of 25.
Please note parties and celebrations are illegal at holiday rental properties and guests must be respectful of noise levels and the neighbours at all times.
While we have not had any issues with our lovely guests, we are required to make you aware of some local rules that apply to all short term rentals, these include:
- No parties, gatherings or events.
- No loud or aggressive behaviour.
- Outdoor areas cannot be used between 11pm and 7am
- Neighbours have the right to call the property manager if they feel any of the rules are being broken or guests behaviour is impacting them, to which the property manager must respond immediately.
- Failure to comply with the local shire rules will result in termination of the rental agreement and guests will be required to leave immediately.
