Nyligen uppdaterad med nya möbler, är Park City-lägenheten ren, bekväm och familjevänlig, inklusive en ny stor platt-tv, ny skinnsofa och nya väggmöbler. Köket innehåller spis, ugn, mikrovågsugn, diskmaskin, kylskåp och ett välfyllt skåp för att hantera en folkmassa. Lägenheten erbjuder också höghastighetsinternet både trådbundet och trådlöst. Den öppna layouten skapar en bekväm miljö för att trivas och koppla av. Föreställ dig steg från ditt kök i den väl uppvärmda poolen och utomhusbadkarlampan Utah-snöflingor som faller omkring dig.

Park Citys gratis transitsystem stannar utanför dörren och ger enkel åtkomst till tre världsklass skidområden (Park City, Deer Valley och Canyons), den historiska huvudgatan och Kimball Junction utan oro för att behöva köra din bil och hitta tillgänglig parkering . Beläget vid gränsen till den charmiga Gamla stan med dess fyrstjärniga restauranger, shopping i världsklass och unika konstgallerier och bara ett snöfallsslag från Fresh Market, Starbucks och Squatters Brew Pub, är platsen perfekt.

Not quite up to par

There was a lack of linens. (Missing pillow cases). There was no bath soap at all and all the hand soaps were nearly gone soft soaps that had had water added to the used dirty bottles. Some of the dishes and coffee maker were blatantly dirty. The townhouse is older but nice. The sofa has a tear and isn’t very comfortable.

Close to PC base (10-15 min walk), across street from grocery store (5 min walk), and hot tub close by! Place was great, larger than the pictures show.

2nd time staying here, can't beat it for location and value!

This was our return visit, and we were not disappointed. We aren't fancy people and this is not a fancy place. What it is though, is a tremendous value with everything you need for a great ski vacation in park city. This time we decided to ski Deer Valley due to the beginner lift ticket so we rented at Coles which is a 5 min walk away. The shuttle to deer valley is right next to Coles so it's so convenient to take the free bus back, drop off ski rentals and walk back to the condo. Of course, if you choose to ski Park City, it's even more convenient as there is a stop right at park Avenue condos. The host is very gracious and allowed us an hour late check out during peak holiday season. I know this isn't guaranteed but the host's kind attitude was very much appreciated. The condo is spacious and there are plenty of extra blankets to get comfy. The only thing I'd note for folks new to this rental is one of the bedrooms is a little cooler due it's location (and external door). We knew this from staying here previously and just brought sweats to sleep in and used another blanket. It was totally fine. We hope to stay here again, and I hope the owners will keep their rates affordable. I skied Park City all through the 90s and early 2000s and it amazes me how swank the town has gotten and how expensive the sport is now. Hosts like this allow me and my family to enjoy a wonderful ski vacation without breaking the bank. Thank you again for a wonderful stay!

Perfect for family weekend away

This condo was perfect for our 5 adult 2 children family weekend in Park City. It is close to a grocery store and not a far drive (or even walk) to get to historic main street. The kids loved the pool and hot tubs. Communication with property owner was excellent. They responded very quickly each time I had a question. Would stay here again!

Perfect condominium

We had a wonderful stay in this cute Park City condominium. The location could not have been better. The check-in process was easy, communication with the manager swift, and the condominium was everything it was advertised to be,. The area was safe and close enough to the Main Street shops and restaurants that we could walk there. We would definitely return, and would highly recommend this lovely rental.

Mountain stay

Loved the location. Very spacious and great for a large family of couple of families. Everyone can go to the ski hill on their time schedule! Host was very accommodating and very easy to communicate with before and during our stay. Would highly recommend!

Very short driving distance to park city village / ski lift base. Yes it's a relatively old condo but everything inside is practical and working just fine. Quick response from the owner. Don't have much to complain.

Location, location, location

We LOVED this property. It is very conveniently located. About 4min from park city village. There’s a grocery store right across the street. It’s about 4minutes from Main Street (a $6 Uber) . The actual unit is even more spacious than it looks in the pictures. Has a retro vibe that I loved. Kitchen was well stocked with everything you need. Checkin was super easy. Parking is covered right in front of the condo. Hot tub was very close to the unit. Would definitely stay here again!

Just right.

Ease of access to central Park City made this a perfect location for our 2 night stay. Unit was very clean, quiet and tidy. Needs some minor updating (carpet).

Photo filters are deceiving. Thought we were I. Wrong property

Kitchen floor sticky. We wiped up some spilled water from the kitchen floor and the towel turned black. Cabinets felt tacky as well. The dishwasher needs the hard water film taken care of. The end of one of the pillows in the master bedroom was ripped open and found empty solo cups behind nightstand. The banister going up stairs was dirty, and the grill was unusable, needs a deep cleaning. If you’re going to rent this as the advertised 5 Star stay, it needs a complete cleaning and update.

Great location & lots of space!!

I rented this property for a short girl’s weekend getaway. We were trying to get out of the heat from the SLC valley. This property does not have AC or central air, but lots of fans to help make up for it, which was ok. It was close to many amenities & a free bus service, which was great for getting to Main St. It was a pleasant stay!
