Beach Access: Just steps away, across the street, you will find Beach Access Point #13 on Point of Rocks Rd, providing you with direct entry to both Crescent Beach and Siesta Key Beach. Community Swimming Pool: Take a refreshing dip in the large community pool available to all guests. It's a perfect spot to relax or get a few laps in before starting your day.

All Reservations Require a Vacation Rental Management Agreement & Condo Application that Requires Condo Association Approval.

Beach access is through Public Beach Access Point #13 on Point of Rocks Rd. just south and across the street of the community.

Parking: There is 1 covered parking space for the unit. Additional parking can be found throughout the community in the parking spaces labeled "Guests".

In addition to the combo washer/dryer at the unit, there are coin operated washer & dryers located near the pool if needed.

Clubhouse rentals are permitted and require an application and deposit to reserve.

Interaction with Guests:
Minimal interaction unless requested by guest.
