This home offers a large private deck, fully-equipped open concept kitchen and living room, off-street parking for up to 3 cars, 2-bedrooms, 1 full bathroom with shower/tub combo, an outdoor shower, laundry, and comfortably sleeps 6 people in 1 king bed, 1 twin-over-queen bunk bed, and 1 pullout sofa.

Property Features: high-speed internet, 50 in Roku smart TV in the living room and 40 in Roku smart TV in the primary bedroom (ability to log into your streaming services), central air AC and furnace heat, 3 portable fans, fully equipped kitchen with all major appliances, a drip coffee maker that also takes K-Cups, 1 king bed, 1 twin-over-queen bunk bed, 1 pullout sofa, 1 bathroom with soaking tub, clean linens, bath towels, and beach towels are provided, washer/dryer unit, dedicated work-from-home desk space located in the primary bedroom, kitchen table, gas grill, large deck, outdoor dining set, beach chairs, and off-street parking for up to 3 cars.

Cleaning: Our cleaners are taking extra care to disinfect frequently touched surfaces between reservations (doorknobs, surfaces, light switches, remote controls, tables, fan and lamp chains, thermostats etc).

Important: We have a Ring Doorbell Camera on the exterior of our property facing the outside of our entrance. This is not monitored but does record. We also have a Minut noise monitor system located inside the property in the kitchen/living room. This is a smart home device that measures volume levels throughout the property, it does not record sound, but allows us to respond to noise nuisances in a timely manner to ensure all neighbors are being respected. Minute is 100% privacy compliant and is required on this property. These are to keep all guests safe and to keep the property secure. Thanks for understanding!

FYI - For guests bringing pets, please clean up after them. We will be requesting additional payment for any extra clean up from your pet. (The pet fee - $100 per pet, only covers additional cleaning to make sure to get all pet fur by double washing all linens, wear and tear on flooring/carpets and furniture). Also, please know that there are small openings in the fence where small dogs may be able to slip out. We kindly ask that you keep a close eye on your furry friends and ensure they do not escape through these areas.
